The Maxx is my all time favourite comic series. The animated series is heavily based off of the comics. I recommend reading them.

This Maxx is designed to look like he stepped out of the comic. The new one is cool, but his articulation is too loose in the legs and he can't stand upright very well.

Had nearly all of the early McFarlane Toys figures but I lost them in a house fire. Never had any of the Maxxs though. When I heard the Maxx was turning into a television series, I just about messed my poor pants!

Spawn HBO series was lame though.

i had a maxx and badrock action figure and i bought it when mcfarlane launched the line of Spawn action figures way back in 1994... and I still ha it now and in still good condition along with the accessories...

on ebay i bought the maxx toy with the 4 izs's in it and the guy sold it with the bag of izs's , it was a spawn club exclusive !!!!

and the set of indie spotlight toy's the maxx series , each figure comes with some izs's , so i ended up with like 20 of them !!!!!

I have the 3rd variant. It comes with 4 izs. Its still brand new in package. I got from an old toy collector. He was trying to get rid of his old stuff and gave it to me.
