I found a way to caught on tape the harmless companion cube! first open the console and type "sv_cheats 1" then "thirdperson" and finally "thirdperson_mayamode". the last command will just follow the player so if you look back the camera will still looking forward, you can see player face. spawn the harmless companion cube and look back.

I spawn one and i walk away and when i got back the cube was gone.

I walked around some then i heard gman say "Turn around Mr. Freeman" and i turned around and i saw the cube and screamed and ran away.

That cube is evil and will scar you forever kids.
