Amazing again woody!! Agree with you when you say this is one of the best punk rock songs written recently.. Downstrokes fucking cool here.. This song somehow reminds me of sticking in my eye (which me and my group are trying to cover at the moment). I am also practicing a lot on Ramones songs and trying to only downstroke on bass. You are right here too! It really does pay off!!!

Thanks and yeah, the downstrokes for this one are really at the limit of what's physically possible for me. NOFX is very complex for punk rock and quite a challenge to cover.

I don't think so.

As far as I know there is no age limit on playing punk rock. I have no clue what it has to do with imitating 12 year old kids and why the concept of punk should be "reduced" if it's done by a 50+ guy. I played punk rock back in 1977 and I still play it today. I don't see what's wrong with that.

I think you missed my point Woody. It's nothing to do with age. The point is get out and play and do something real instead of posing in front of a webcam like the 13 year old on your left.

To avoid misunderstandings, my playing here is as real as it gets so you can hardly speak of "posing". If you see this as posing nonetheless than we might as well shut down Youtube , since everyone who would post a video here should be considered a poser. That I do my playing indoors is my choice and if that's not your cup of tea, that's fine with me. With my videos I hope to achieve that I can inspire those young kids to keep the punk rock legacy alive.

I selected this one out of 5 because it had the best playability, fit & finish. If you want to buy a budget guitar, take your time and check out the whole stock until you find a "good" one. Differences can be huge.

Absoluut! De kwaliteiten van een Mosrite worden zwaar overschat. Het is meer de zeldzaamheid én het feit dat Johnny Ramone er toevallig op speelde wat hem zo aanrekkelijk maakt. Wanneer je met zoveel overdrive speelt en je versterker goed instelt, kun je met vrijwel iedere redelijke/goede gitaar Ramones spelen. Heb ik ook gedaan; met een Gibson LP, SG en een Schecter. Volgens mij klinkt het net zo goed.

If u will be covering nofx in the future try covering some older songs from liberal animation,s&m airliner or ribbed if u will.Those were great albums.Later or even more recent they didnt relese any remarkable album,thats what i think and probably most people that listen to older punk rock.
