  • Ulanov was a DEFENSEMEN who came all the way in from the point to hit lindross in the flyers zone, he got his ass handed to him and deserved it, weimer as 3rd man is was pathetic...ulanov needed his ass kicked and he got it.

  • Flyers won the series and the fights!

  • And that goddamn cheapshot artist Wiemer, otherwise Mr. Nobody who targeted Lindros head with his hit when with the Flames, attacks unsuspecting Lindros from behind. How else...

  • Winner in the orange corner Eric Lindoooooooooosssssss!!!!!

  • Wtf is Wiemer doing?!

  • @Cooliorodriguez94 Sneaking up on Lindros blindside as always. The same idiot hit Lindros in the head causing Lindros a concussion.

  • Lindros= bitch

  • i have been looking for this fight forever. it was my favorite hockey fight ever. I can just remember how much I hated ulanov. This is the first time i have seen this since it was live and i still remember to this day seeing lindros come out with a little scratch on his face... then ulanov comes out of the pile with his face completely bloody.

  • best is hextal ready with his blocker on.

  • god I am glad that fucking goon retired. Hated lindros.

  • the most overrated player in hockey.

  • Goon, really? Im sure he hated you too.

  • @moraltraitor i was a kid you oxymoronic fool

  • Like I'M supposed to know that.

  • @moraltraitor meh no worries I dont really care of if the goon hates me or not. Hes old now and no longer intimidating.

  • LOL, Scott Stevens is old and I'm sure he is still intimidating. I still don't get the whole "Goon" thing. Barnaby was a goon. Domi was a goon. Avery a big time goon. 88 wasn't a goon.

  • @moraltraitor lol Barnaby and Avery are instigators. Domi was a goon. I concede though. I can tell you are a cool guy and I dont want to argue with you.

  • Thanks, I can be a prick though if I don't keep my emotions in check lol. Some of the comments I see on other video posts just make my blood boil. I forget which hockey video it was but some dude was bashing America over a hockey video. Lame.

  • @moraltraitor oh believe me I know how it is. everybody has their favorite player.

  • I'll post it up here if I can find it. It's one thing to defend a player you like, but seriously this poster called another poster an "il educated Fat Fucking American" and talked about how everyone hates the US. I had to step in lol

  • Just looks to me like Erica doesn't like to get hit.

  • Seriously, what the fuck are the Tampa Bay players doing? You can't jump in a fight between two players. How embarassing for Ulanov, he's getting so beat that he needs help... Lindros is a beast!

  • Try watching the video w/o ur boner for Lindros obstructing ur view. Ulanov never drops his gloves, E jumps him for a clean hit and the team helps him out

  • Boner? Clown ass. I'm not a fan of Lindros, man. But I do think he was a great player.

  • I recently watched the replay of this entire series. The games had a lot of illegal hits that would have been cause for suspensions in today's NHL. Lindros and Ulanov were at the center of most of these cheap shots. The fact that Ulanov turtled after being involved in the majority of these controversial hits shows a deep disrespect for his teammates and opponents - basically if you're going to dish it out then be prepared to drop them late in the 3rd when the series is over.....

  • your a fucking pussy

  • @drewzze I'm a Flyers fan, but those hits shouldn't result in suspensions. The NHL lost its grit today. Its stuff like Lindros pounding Ulanov for taking cheapshots, which makes hockey different from any other sport. The players policed themselves. Now the league is taking it out of their hands and it seems as if there are more serious injuries today. Steve Ott, Jarko Ruutu, Sean Avery have free reign to do whatever they want because Lindros wouldn't be able to kick their ass today.

  • ulanov did a job on lindros in those playoffs

    flyers lost the series

  • Check your info man - Flyers won this series 4 - 2

  • Actually, the Flyers won the series in 6 games had you watched the entire clip the announcer even states that "the Flyers have the game & series in hand"

  • weimer, piece of shit, third man in......how much he didn't get tossed. Lindros, was the most gifted and physically intimidating player in nhl history....hands down! The league had it out for him from the beginning and made sure he wouldn't succeed. Subsequently, they ripped off the game and fans of a once in a lifetime talent. It warms my heart to see the NHL ratings in the toilet.......they deserve all of it!

  • Lindros layed a beating on Ulanov. Couldn't have happened to a a better "man". I use that term loosely.

  • Lindros is the man!

  • lindros kicked the shit out of him

  • what the fuck is weimer doing!!! He deserved to get knocked on his ass!!

  • wtf is weimer doing just coming in like that

  • Someone should have pounded the shit out of Weimer. Ulanov deserved what he got...he was fucking around with Lindros all series long. The Big E also broke his nose with a high stick in this series didn't he?

  • lindros never fought someone his size. pussy

  • He fought many guys his size you scum. Thornton, Hatcher, McSorley to name a few...

  • yea besides chris simon, marty mcsorley, derian hatcher, stu grimson. Its hard to fight someone your size when ur bigger than everyone else

  • No, he broke Michel Petit's nose in game 4...Petit tried to take a run at him, missed, and Lindros made him pay the price

  • that's right....even better. I can't stand Petit either....thanks for clearing it up W-915.

  • ulanov played him clean and legal all series. pretty boy couldn't take it. fight wiemer or gratton....pussy

  • yea im sure tough guy jason wiemer would have fared much better than ulanov, lindros owned that whole team during that series

  • ulanov never dropped his gloves. lindros is a pussy. wiemer wanted to fight. not eric the great

  • Lindros never owned anything. Look at his hardware count.

  • * 1990 World Junior Championships (gold medal) * 1991 World Junior Championships (gold medal) * 1992 Winter Olympics (silver medal) * 2002 Winter Olympics (gold medal)

Get your facts straight, then reply.

  • Someone gets trolled real easily.

  • I gave you his "hardware count,"

    You mad?

  • yah BRO.

  • 95 Hart trophy, 95 Pearson award

  • having a hart trophy and no cup is embarrasing tho.. that just means u are an individualist and not a teamplayer.

  • Im pretty sure an individualist wouldn't win the hart trophy.

  • Ok.. he led his team to how many cups? He asked for being traded multiple times he bitched and whined and finally got traded and after that he just went where the money was until he finaly hung up his skates and retired as the most overrated player through all time. :)

  • but for a few seasons he was the most dominant player in the sport...

  • ..and yet accomplished nothing. I'm not saying he was a bad player but he was highly overrated. I would say that with the players philly traded they would've won against wings in '97. Merely speculating now though.

  • @jkrx he alos refused to play for his draft team. (quebec or montreal? can't remember which one. )

  • yea.. quebec.

  • Most overrated...you really don't know hockey do you?

  • yeah i mean igor ulanov and jason wiemer had much better careers, hall of famers for sure

  • I also remember Ulanov going down to one knee and trying take out Eric's legs too. That was a knee on knee hit with intent to injure prior to that series. Ulanov and Lindros had old scores to settle, so what goes around comes around. Anyone who saw previous and later games between those two knew they hated each other, and it wasn't always clean.

  • @HeavyD2544 ... Shit like that ruined EL's career. It is too bad that the idiots and cowards that ru(i)n the NHL have not gotten it yet. That might be why the NHL is no longer as popular as it once was. I have three letters for them, in memory of Probie....

    CTE

  • @milpoolXXX Exactly man. Bob Probert is my favorite enforcer along with Dave Brown and Behn Wilson. Top three ever in that order in my opinion. Lindros was concussion prone, but it was actually less common before the league worked to eliminate fighting. Players were fearful of payback. Fights were the worst thing that happened. Now it's intentional blows to the head, knee on knee collisions, and the Vancouver Canucks taking liberties in the Cup Finals. Probert would have left them in blood.

  • @HeavyD2544 you're not talking about that awesome hip check ulanov threw are u?

  • @buttkick22 No. That was one of Ulanov's clean hits and a really good one I might add. The play I'm talking about was a blatant knee on knee hit. He wasn't up on both of his feet when he did it. I don't think it's on You Tube, but the people who gave me a few likes know exactly what I'm talking about. That or their being homers, but my statement is an honest one. He was known for his dirty play, and that one was a testament to it. This was payback, but not for a clean hip check.

  • @HeavyD2544 yes. He def was a dirty guy.

  • Gratton's the biggist fraud and pussy going.

  • A true classic

  • can u put this series up???

  • what round of the playoffs was this?

  • Game 6

  • Was this game 3, 4 or 6 of that series?
