  • @AlleyGuy

I agree with you! That site

    MusclesMaximizer.info

is a unique and customized nutritional program

designed to help gain muscle in a short period

of time.I was using it also for about 3weeks now

and it did what it promised! It helped me expand

    my muscle cells by 50%.

  • is this good for losing weight?

  • I've worked 15 years in fitness thus ain't no breakthrough workout but to be fair it's a nice functional workout that will work if you can keep it up. I wrote for The Times, tatler Marie Claire... And the supplement stuff is spot on what a load if money spinning hype. Eat lean stay lean, eat fat look fat... Pop a pill...well it ain't food and that's what were designed to eat you can't escape it!!!

  • thumbs up if your a 13 and your watching this to get mucles :D

  • Thumbs up who thinks belly fat is annoying as hell!!!

  • I bench press cans of pepsi max, thats my motivation :)

  • Lat pulldowns and pullups are almost the same thing , and have the same effect right ?

  • Vince! i really need to know what you think of Nitric Oxide Suppliments?

  • you talk too much

  • Shit load of good tips in this. Stuff I'd never even thought about. Thanks Vince.

  • i think results are like the biggest motivation when getting in shape and working out..you see ur improving and push urself to keep it up

    thats my point of view

  • i prefer same type of home/outdoors workout its getting u in shape in no time plus u get THERE without dragging iron from one place to another in so called ''GYM'' :D and do some brakes mate!

  • i prefer same type of home/outdoors workout its getting u in shape in no time plus u get THERE without dragging iron from one place to another in so called ''GYM'' :D

  • anything works for a 13 year old.......

  • haha true

  • wow im 13 and it works for me

  • I always do cardio first, is that bad?

  • Na cardio is awesome for warning up!!

  • I have just done 1 of say my next 50 Mathematical workouts,to try get ripped, basically just drop the weight so you do about 20 to 30 reps, with legs maybe 50 reps,so your over all Kg's lifted is astronomical,example,chest-100 lbs x 8 x 3 = 2,400 lbs, compared to 50 lbs x 20 x3 =3,000 lbs,it kind of feels wrong as i am not groaning with the bigger weights, but after an hour,i can feel that i have depleted a whole lot more energy,i will see how things look after 49 more workouts.

  • wow!!! that's pretty tough for a beginner! I'd die!

  • I would do this workout only once per week. You need more variety in your workouts than this video. Pluss nutrition is important. Check out customizedworkoutplans (.com) for more info

  • hi thanx for the vid! its relly good!

i wanted to know how meny times a week i should do this worke out ? thanx :)

  • "males... i do want you to do these too"

hahahha totally feel you on losing your pride doing those, everyone else on the gym is like pumping 6x 45's & you're on a physio-ball lol

  • I agree with angryhalfinch why the are GuilleGon and Legion19911009 viewing exercise videos if they are just going to talk smack (actually more like gibberish) about them and not bother doing them. Go ahead sit around and be lazy but dont come here and mouth off. And to top it off Legion implies that we are not exercising our mind(s). I am an Electrical Engineer, I read a lot, and I like lifting weights. I am not stupid and I am not weak. WHAT do you do with your mind that is so great?

  • Bottom line: Vince (and Arnel) put together this FREE video for beginners and people who have been out of the gym for a while. Its free! Dont bitch! Leave and dont come back (idiots).

  • Well, I cannot speak for GuilleGon but I enjoy knowing things, and this is after all, information, hence I wish to know the content. The fact that your response is so vehement only shows that you find the what I said to be threatening. If you were truly assured, my opinion would have been of no consequence and ergo you would not have bothered to try and be insulting. Regardless, I hold no animosity toward you, or toward anyone else here. I'm merely stating my opinion, as is my right.

  • Heres the thing Legion, I totally understand acquiring knowledge via youtube even if you are looking into something you are not totally into or that you dont even fully agree with. But you have 3 (to 4) subscriptions to Bodybuilder (Vince, Arnel, and Sean) channels. Now, based on the comments you made, having these subscriptions makes absolutely no sense. Btw you never answered my question? Dont bother now. Every time you open your mouth you show everybody just how little you know.

  • WHo is Sean?

  • Sean Nalewanyj. He sells and e-book on muscle building and fat loss (among other things). I have not purchased any of his stuff but I am considering it. His free stuff is great thought. Check out his channel is you want.

  • legion i disagree with u all tht matters is how much u want it if your not going to put enough effort and time ofcoarse nothings going to change like a test u dont study dont expect to get a good grade push yourself as hard as you can never say u cant do it

  • Soooo... why are people, like, GuilleGon and Legion19911009 wasting their time here? I don't get it.

  • Fantastic vid, Vince. thanks for sharing this info with us. YOU are the best.

  • good vid keep it up i've also got your skinny guy muscle plan, its helped me a lot, so i just wanna say THANKS VINCE

  • NICE, WILL DO THOSE YOU DA MAN

  • Man I want to train with this guy!

  • Great video Vince! Thanks for the info! keep up the great work!!!

  • Great examples of smart training. Love the bodyweight stuff.

    Best,

    Coop

  • Awsome video vince

no offence or anything..you've got a great body but you seem to have the same problem I do- weak calves. any suggestions to make them grow?

  • I like vinces programs and style of workouts it's just trying to do three diffrent exercises with no rest in my gym is nxt to impossible, there is bound to be a queue every now and then. For now I preparing to try sean newanyjs program which doesn't involve chaining exercises will see were that takes me

  • thanxx vince very good vid and hit me up

  • Nice work Vince. It's hard to tell with the video quality but your arms are looking a lot better then I remember them a few years back. More definition and even more size. It's tough for us tall guys. Good work!

  • good vid vince:)

  • you guys are so ignorant and missing the point. what vince is saying is that healthy people are happy people. you cant debate that. legion, if your mind is so strong, you should already know this. its also pointless to debate on youtube like this, because no one will be convinced to the other persons side. its just very sad to let other, more feeble, minds be corrupted by characters like you. vince is doing nothing but helping. theres no need to hate. haters.

  • That calls for a value judgment. How do you qualify the terms "happy" and "healthy". They are arbitrary and mean different things to different people, much like "good" and "evil". As for the pointlessness of a debate on the grounds that it won't change any minds, keep in mind normal debates have that problem too. Debating for the sake of debating is a mental activity. In colloquial terms you might understand, it's like saying why not cancel a vacation if your ultimate destination is home.

  • Good Job dude you aré The best

  • i really like your vidz i also want a body like you and i have also a great fig but how can i gain weight in my body

  • Work out hard, rest a lot and EAT! ;)

  • Vince i have a question. You said this workout is for beginners and i have also begun working out but i cant do alot of the workouts here like the pullups, dips, and horizontal row? What should i do?

  • i started out skinny worked out for like a year and ate tons of food i eventually got to a shape i thought was alright . then i started slacking for a couple of months while still eating loads and ended up getting a little bit overweight. now iv stopped eating as much and work out like twice a week, go runs almost every day and im now in the best shape ive ever been in. my workouts last about an hour i only workout my arms chest and shoulders. arms 1 day shoulder and chest 1 day and running.

  • im sry but i find 4:58 and 5:30 soooooooooooo useless

  • Have you never seen modified pull-ups?

  • yes, at my gym and in this video, and i find theyre totally useless

  • im in shape! Round is a shape! lol nah good video bro

  • Vince will I stop jiggling if I do this work out???

You get FIVE stars for blue annotations.

  • Buen trabajo tus ejercicios son muy buenos gracias

  • 100 pounds than .....thats great

  • feel the burn...lol

  • Is it true that if u develop your leg muscles a lot, it will help to burn off more fat overall, since it is a big muscle?

  • yes there are very large muscle groups in your legs that will burn more calories than some of the smaller muscle groups.

but you should still do cardio if you a really serious about burning fat.

  • Yeah i know all these teens in my high school work out chest and arms all day. They look FUCKING RETARDED. Their ankles and calves are scrawny, and they look like gorillas. Your legs might be the largest muscle group in the body (I don't know about the back), you burn like 3x more cals. than curling your arms.

  • yup

  • No, there isn't anything wrong with it, and if it sounded like I implied it was, my apologies, it wasn't my intent. Rather, I only wished to point out that it seems like the inherent theme with the motivation behind doing these things is some inherent sense of gaining some superiority over others. That looking that way makes you better. That is the part I have difficulty coming to terms with.

  • Legion... YOU need to find your OWN reasons for working out. Looking good is one reason but it is a superficial one. a better motivation may be to take care of yourself so that you inspire others to do the same and use your body as a platform to motivate and encourage others. Make sense?

  • My body is merely an instrument of my will. It exists to serve the needs on my brain. For what I actually use it for, 98 pounds or so is adequate. At this bodyweight, it takes virtually no effort on my part to sustain. I don't play sports at all, so what use would that sort of body be to me? Though I am flattered you took the time to respond yourself, and I am happy I have sparked this much discussion. In my humble opinion, these days the most rampantly underused muscle of all is the mind.

  • Remember Legion... you're made BODY, MIND and SOUL. Your mind dwells INSIDE your body so you have to ask yourself - do you want your mind living inside a strong body or weak body?

You are a three-dimensional human being - you do not have to be big and muscular to take care of your body but just make sure you are not neglecting it at all or else your mind WILL suffer because your mind lives inside your body.

    Make sense?

  • Awesome vid Vince. Also, I want to second your statement. I'm in college, and I lost 50 lbs since January. I'm able to focus more, partially because I'm not bothered by constant cravings, and my mind/body connection has been improved. I'm taking more harder classes now than ever and doing a great job at handling them.

  • You're right that my body is the vessel of my consciousness. But I can also tell you that my body is not something I can change. Instead of beating my head against a wall, I've come to accept my current position. It is wasted time and it makes me feel awful to try to be something I'm not. I just don't like physical exertion. It's like trying to beat a square peg into a round hole, the whole sport thing is just not who I am. For some people, myself included, athleticism is not possible.

  • I agree with Stafford182

  • at 4:58 wat does tht work?

  • your lats, its an easier form of a pull up

  • chest & upper arms - upper body

  • great stuff!

  • This may sound like a bit of a nebulous thought, but has anyone stopped and considered what people are buying in to with this stuff? I'm barely 100 lbs, more often less than that, and I'm perfectly fine with the way I look. Would it not be better to teach people to be happy with themselves than reach for an ideal that is merely the consensus of what people think is the right look?

  • Nope sorry, because vince looks good and so do the other 200 pound guys with nearly all muscle and very little fat if you can be happy weighing only 100 pounds than .....thats great

  • buying into what stuff?

    working out

...if yur happy being small...i mean no ones gonna care but dont stop others from doing what they want

  • For some people, like myself, it's about reaching a goal you thought you never could. I myself am 145 lbs but I cannot gain any weight if I tried (ectomorphic body type). But in this sense, I know that it IS possible to get to 200 lbs of muscle, since Vince has done it, and that's what I want to achieve for myself. It's all about breaking your limitations and having a powerful physique to show for it. That is why I work out: to prove to myself that I CAN do something difficult.

  • i don't think people are truly happy if they DO NOT take care of their bodies. Show me someone who is happy and does not like the way there body looks. Very hard to find...

  • Come on Vince, seems like you're saying "If you're not muscular, you CAN'T be happy".

  • GuilleGon... If you don't respect yourself and love yourself to take care of yourself then you will not be happy. being muscular is just one of many ways to take care of your body.

  • I respect myself and I love myself, that's because I'm comfortable with my body (one of the reasons of being happy) and I'm not muscular. Get it?

So, you were telling me your motto is "If you're not MUSCULAR, you won't be HAPPY.".

  • Anyone tell me what the song is playing at the very beginning?

  • random guitar riffs

  • awesome!

  • i started training but i didnt get any results so i just quit training ... I want to start... but i know the same will happend ...

  • @pompyro92 same thing happened to me.

  • Typical case of "quiting too early", is my presumption.

Depends on what you expect. Your cardio and overall strentgh develope pretty fast if you train on a regular basis. Losing weight and gaining pure muscle mass however is a progress that takes a long long time. Going from zero to a kind of Vinde Del Monte kind of muscle mass you need atleast two years of constant training, just to give you abit of orientation.

  • True.

  • how long were u training?

  • You gave up too early - "The first step is the hardest", but the fifth, tenth, eighteenth and etc are hard as well. The key, though, is consistency. Everyone gets in a slump. But honestly, sometimes these slumps are just challenges to correct your form, review your eating habits and get back "on the wagon". Believe me, the first results often aren't noticed by you - people will start to notice better posture, confidence and definition gradually. Key words: Consistency. It gets results.

  • Kool

  • More effort and more intensity and keep at it, vince didnt get buff over a month it takes alot of time to get that big!!

  • id like cook u digg

  • awesome ;D
