You can't say Macheda is better just because of his record in the reserve and academy teams, Berbatov has shown his class in the german bundesliga, premierleague, international and european competitions (and of course the mighty Bulgarian league!!!). Macheda is still young and CAN develop to be a top striker, but at the moment there is no way he should be consistently in the first team over a player like Berbatov.
