I am in NJ and will hopefully being getting my teaching certificate this month. I am not sure if I want to do public schools even though the pay is better than private schools because I don't like the NJEA! I respect teachers and know what they go through but I see nothing wrong with a one time pay freeze. Also thank you for serving our country. My former fiance served in Iraq.
