  • No8 was Lock in those days. The forwards numbers were reversed in the 80s.

  • when we bought the first tryscorers doubles at the ground, it was a curse to get No 12 which was hooker back then. Hookers never scored tries (haven't times changed?) so numbering was lock (8) second row (9,10) front row (11,12,13)

  • still going strong boys, i play 22's we got to the finals this year but lost in semi's against easts, the penalty count was ridicuous, 17 - 2 against us in penalties

  • the oldest club in queensland before they folded in 1995. a great club with lots of history. such a shame the way that the brl compertition was ripped apart when the brisbane broncos came into the nswrl in 1988.
