surely u could make the kit sound fatter if u used the headphone out an put it into a reverb an graphic eq etc just 2 tweeak them so theyre a little nicer! cool video 2 thought u were guna drop into some drum n bass at the end tho! :( haha

Great tune man. Just Bought a SBB 3 days ago, looping, just forget it. since i dont have (yet) a Kaossilator, i've plugged my SBB @ my Laptop and sampled the sounds to Fruity Loops. Its seems kinda dumb to do this, thinking that FL has a big sound database, but i find myself recording samples from de SBB over and over again... Why? believe it or not, there are somethings that the computer can't do... I think U understand ;)

@SpriteBat Thanks. You have to use the stylus from the beatbox stylophone because it completes the circuit, which is what makes it sound.

what's the tool you're using to make contact with the kaossilator? i've sort of never tried anything but my fingers, and have had a hard time getting some of those notes down....

Thanks. I'm using a Psion PDA stylus from years ago. I would recommend trying a Nintendo DS stylus; they're cheap and perfect for this.

What people don't realize about the Beatbox is that it can't count the beats for you like the Kaossilator. So for looping, you have to start recording and stop recording on the exact same beat for it to keep time. Watch Brett Domino's performance, and you'll see that they count out the beats themselves so they can start and stop the recording on the same beat.

True, but it's looping potential is almost nil as if you do anything remotely complex, it completely messes up the loop length and rhythm. However, as a toy drum machine it's pretty funky.
