Did russia drove off al the chechen separatists from the government or are there still pockets of them left because i read that there were still guerillas after the war.
@MrGlizard93 Nothing had stopped when this war came to an end. Even now there are lots of guerilla's bands in the mountains. And their numbers are high due to a whole generation that was brought up in that state of war.
Also goverment is trying to hide the facts of local conflicts due to so-called "peace time policy" of the Chechnay and Chechen's leadr Akhmad Kadirov. He is former guerilla and now the leader of Chechnya. He met with Putin and Memvedev a couple of times. Insanity..
