doesnt look like a blizzard you need sustained winds at 35 and temps lower than 20. when i was in maine the kevin "panix" said the word blizzard everytime it got cloudy. im pretty sure its been a few years since an actual blizzard warning has been issued in portland. I like the vid though.

in late February 2004 we received 12-22 inches of snow in the Charlotte, NC area (18 inches at my house). For you New England people that's probably considered a moderate snowstorm. For us in the Charlotte it was the apocalypse. none the less it was fun and i wish we had more New England like snowstorms
