Hellsing clone. Seriously, the first game was quite unique and not very similiar(it required some tactical approach, sneaking, puzzles, etc.). The only similiarities were dual pistols and those snake-like things. But now it has changed. That chair, that suit, that self confidence, the whole 1 guy vs an army setting, everything about it indicates towards Hellsing. I bet even the game is like running around in god mode and ripping everyone to pieces...

@NumidiumsRG actually... if you read the comics, you would know that even though it is based on Top Cow's comic series the story is completely different. though you are right about it not being a Hellsing knockoff considering The Darkness issue #1 was written in 1993.

unlimited ammo because he uses the darkness to alter his weapons and make them stronger, in the game you can unlock a skill that wil change your weapon for a limited amount of time: you will have unlimited ammo then!

I love The Darkness, the first game was so new and exciting, I loved the storyline and the voice work. This one I'm pretty sure I'll love too. As I have stated a million times before: it should be a movie also. But well done and with artistic flair, great actors and awesome writing.
