@xxeu4riaxx i get lazy and dont clean mine but the water and taste get a little funky after a while. warm a little iso in the microwave in a mug or something for about ten to fifteen seconds (keep an eye on it) dont put the whole bottle in the microwave!!! heated iso and salt with a drop of dish soap(for the water stains) is what i use. fyi.
