That part about projection is so true. So many times creationists have said things like "evolution requires faith, you have more faith than I do" or "you only believe evolution because of your holy book written by your religious prophet Darwin"

It's as if one some level they realise how bankrupt their argument is and try to make the opposing argument look just as bad.

When a religious person starts using the word faith as a perjorative when describing a belief in evolution, that's comedy.
