Hey! This is for me... I was a member of that kind of group in Kiev. My husband think I am crazy when I have contrasted shower /cold-hot/ every morning. I feel sorry for poor dear... When you enter into freezing water it burns just for second, then amazing feeling of heat and something I cannot describe. Love you, people! Lets swim in winter!

That's so funny! I just got back from Russia, and my group wanted to see such cold water swimmers, but we were told they only do it on special occasions and that all people are properly prepared before they take the plunge with weeks of preparation. Good for them! Instead of just staying at home wasting away. It's good they get out and do something.
