Beautiful! I played that at Washington State Solo and Ensemble. on the viola. I was 16 though! Wow what an incredible talent. I now play professionally. You will MAKE IT! Stick with it. It is your golden ticket!

Daniel has a very nice and smooth bow arm, as well as great vibrato, although it seems to be mostly all the same speed. I have the same problem, but I'm working at it.

Your a wonderful cellist. You can play better than 90% of my high school orchestra. (isn't that just sad) I personally play viola my self, 1st chair, bu ti love the cello. It is an absoultly beautiful intrament. You have a bright future ahead of you if you consider a future in music.

It's actually by Henri Casadesus and written in the 20th century. Henri and his brother Marius were notorious for writing works and passing them off as ancient. It's a nice piece anyway, and it shows how little people knew of what J. C. Bach's music sounded like in the first part of the 20th century. Johann Christian Bach didn't write in the Baroque style, but rather the classical. Music Mozart wrote as a boy sounds a lot like J C Bach -- they met when Mozart was 7 and 8 in London.

This is actually very good. Kids who are technically great are really a dime a dozen, but this kid actually has good tone, not just mechanical vibrato.
