  • Starks anguish at losing Zhaan and not being able to reach her is what really gets me every time I watch this scene. In my mind, one of the most powerful and emotional scenes in sci-fi history.

  • goodbye you big beautiful blue bitch. great line

  • Did... Rigel say "Goodbye, you big beautiful blue bitch.."?

  • I loved that big blue bitch!....Re-watched it again and man it's really one of the better sci-fi series!

  • shes one of my favorite characters

  • you know I forgot so much about this show I started re-watching, it was an amazing scifi epic, and it had some good laughs, and some very sad moments, and all around great television

  • What a wonderful character she portrayed!Incredible artist.

  • Stark has had the cruelest life out of them all. He had to live through 15,000 deaths, live for years in scorpius' chair, die, come back and save Jothie only for Dargo to send him off the ship and deal with the pain of the souls that wernt meant to die in the peace memorial place.

Then, they go and make life worse for him and kill the woman he fell in love with. That was the saddest bit of this video.

  • omg .. this scene got me cry .. love Farscape so much .. there will never be an Series like that again

  • Zhaan was definitely the most kind and unique character in Farscape series. Too bad Virginia Hey left the show. Couple Zhaan/Stark was as interesting as John/Aeryn and they deserved way better development. I really love Aeryn, Jool, Chiana but this series wasn't that great after Zhaan left

  • i think the part that got me was Stark going hysteric at the fact that he couldnt save Zhaan! :'(

  • ewwwwwwwwwwwwww

  • So when she said, "The illness that is ravaging my body is frighteningly efficient" it was both Zhaan and Virginia talking, huh? That's just sad :(

Rygel's line had me on all fours laughing hysterically xD

  • @bleh201 Stupid frail human body lol

  • i loved zhaan she was my favorite character on the show. zhaan, jool, trance, and riversong are my sci fi honeys :)

  • really love zhaans words of " grow through ur and if patient remedaption will find u.

    somwthin we can all use.

  • you know what music would go perfect for this part? The Sunshine theme aka Surface of the Sun. am i the only one who thinks this?

  • Bye - Bye !!

  • no ZHaan noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...

  • I cry everytime I see this episode I Miss her and all the rest I wish they would bring the show back with old and new charters LOVe it ;)

  • I love it ;(

  • Zhaan NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NO!!!!!!!!!!!

  • noooooooo not zhaan

  • I've never seen this show before, but I met Virginia a couple of days ago at a convention and she was really nice, so I thought I'd take a look. ^.^; Leave it to me to click on a spoiler, but I'm still interested. I can't decide whether she's prettier with or without the blue skin. lol

  • One of the best scenes in Farscape. I love the reactions of Pilot and Rygel. I wonder if it has anything do with them being puppets? lol

Love Rygel's 'Goodbye big beautiful blue bitch' line!

  • i hated them getting rid of zhaan! she was an amazing character! poor stark!!! =(

  • This is really sad, it was hard to watch the first time, but zhaan new she was dying and she felt that this was was the last good thing to do to help her friends and died a noble way, to help her friends, or more like family!!! I miss farscape!!!

  • *cries* I miss her ...

  • Goodbye you big beautiful blue bitch.

  • Only Rygel could say that with so much love. :)

I think Zhaan described the crew wonderfully, she was spot on.

And yes, the show was different, of course, but not worse by any means. I loved Zhaan very much and missed her a lot (neither Jool or Sikozu could measure up to her) but Farscape continued to be a great show, a credit to the cast and crew.

  • Farscape was never the same after Zhaan died, I really loved her character. She brought the crew together and kept them together. How many shows can say that they appreciated a character in such a way where an entire season mourned the loss than simply forgetting the character by the next episode? Zhaan was forever missed by the crew but I believe every character kept her memory alive by embodying lessons and traits taught by her.

  • Zhaan was a wonderful, and beautiful character...I know that the show totally changed for me after she was removed from the show.Still, her last moment on Moya was wonderful, and she showed so much love and wisdom towards all of her fellow crew mates...who couldn't love a character like that?Plus one mitigating fact...Zhaan was actually very old.,and through her adventures in the show she made peace with a lot that happenned in her life.Just a fan,I guess...

  • I haven't seen this episode, why does she have to go?

  • She was already dying. So why sacrifice someone alive and healthy when someone dying is a more economic sacrifice.

  • No ZHAAN!!!!! Farscape was never the same when this heppened to Zhaan. Zhaan was my favorite of them!

  • Mine too.

  • She was like the mom of the series. The sexy blue mom that had orgasms in sunlight.

  • she just quit came back in john quixote my dad knows

  • Yee gods...

I can only wish I'd be that strong

  • innocent criton?

  • I think it was more 'wise Rygel' that got me :P

  • ya that was even worse

  • Rygel is very wise and very cunning. This little frog that can't defend himself managed to keep himself alive for centuries. When he was a prisoner he could get out of his cell anytime he wanted.

  • @temeran from her mind.... yes

  • apparently she (the actress) wanted to stay on, but she had some kind of adverse reaction to the bodypaint (messed up her kidneys i think). it was either quit or die, basically. i think i read it on her character page on wikipedia.

  • Yup, that is indeed true. She started having an adverse reaction to all the make-up, so they had to kill her off *nods sadly*

    xXx

  • @morganblind *spoiler warning* So thats why her few guest appearances in Season 4, she didnt have the full make-up on?

  • @morganblind Buddy Ebsen was originally to play Scarecrow in Wizard of Oz. He switched roles with Ray Bolger as Tin Man. He nearly died due to the aluminum in the makeup.

  • I balled so hard.. I wish she could've stayed.

  • i wish this show was still on
