yea i have all the main games, 1,2,3, and 4 and i must say, they have THE best storyline to a game that i've ever played. to understand it you have to play all 4 of them in order. thats why when people only buy guns of the patriots they bash it cuz they skip the cutscenes, as said earlier, and they just dont understand

@023326 yeah, I commend Konami for sticking with one story line, a bunch of other companies would have feared alienating people who were'nt able to play the first ones, and gave the plot and ending long ago and started a new one. while it is very hard to know the whole story since it is told across 4 different consoles, Konami gives and excellent reward to those who have been with the story from the beginning, and the conclusion was both heartbreaking and satisfying. BEST GAME EVAR!

You know, you could have just skipped the cutscenes by pressing the START button during a cutscene, then select the option "SKIP". But I don't know why you would want to in the first place, its like watching a 5 star, triple A movie.

Because noone has any appreciation for good story telling through CGI cutscenes, anymore. Regardless of how long they are. It's unreal how many douchebags just wanna press start and jump right into playing the game. It's like "story? fuck the story, I just wanna play the damn game". It's people like that I trully feel sorry for, because they really have no idea what they're missing out on. These are the same people who talk shit and bash MGS4, too. I hate those people. I really do.

Would you recommend MGS4 to someone who has never played any of the older games in the series. Im sure I would enjoy this game since I love stealthy games (such as splinter cell), and I enjoyed the demo.

it was 12 oclock at night when i finished metal gear solid 4. i had to get up at six oclock the next day. so after the 2 hour ending, i fell asleep around 2 or 3 in the morning. If i didnt like the story, would i have skipped the ending?

Make sure you're laying down towards the end because this game will put you into a coma...and it's best not to be sitting on a couch when that happens as you'll awake in the most akward uncomfortable position ever. Honestly, i thought the story was weak lol i couldn't even watch the story it was so bad i had to skip through the scenes. And i know ur gonna say well you should have watched the cut-scenes well i'm not gonna spend an hr and a half (longest cutscene time) watching a cutscene. The only thing that got me through this game was a fat sack of weed, i'd be so high that i wouldn't have to pay attention to the weakass storyline...i just concentrated on gameplay....and i still thought it sucked.

mgs4 is great .. like i mentioned on one of your other videos ive finished it twice now once on solid normal once on boss extreme (you get boss extreme after finishing it) and its just a great game overall .. i have this new style of playing .. i wear a suit(you get it once u finish the game) and i use young snake facecamo (you get it in Act 3) .. just looks like a hitman really cool
