If you goggle Reginald Alton you will find his obituary that was fixed to say he authenticated the Foster 'suicide' note. Oxford is watching Wiki. Professor Alton has been banned from Foster's page (and Kurt Cobains) on Wiki. Hillary wants to divert attention from the White House videos of Foster.
