@BK2OC It's called "bulking" and the extra chub comes with the muscle.. Not to mention having some extra fat stores can really help with strength. If you knew this you wouldn't say such an obvious thing. He could probably cut his bfp down to 7% in 1 month and he would look ridiculous.

@BK2OC He's probably in a bulking phase. You can't build muscle without gaining fat unless you're a beginner in which case you're going to build at least a little muscle no matter what. But for this guy, because his body is adapted to weight training he has to gain weight in order to build muscle. He'll probably cut down after he's reached his goal.
