to see the applications to this hand to hand style , it's not too bad . most people might look at this as weird , and it kind of is . but when applying the movements here, it's seems to be mostly trapping techniques , throwing techniques , and not many strikes , a couple soft blocks too. so it's form set is not a complete lesson , but it teaches a couple that can come in handy and are done with good form and balance.

Great overview of Chang Family Boxing. Sort of reminds me of Kun Lun Boxing. I hope this form of Boxing always has followers
