  • You should try roasting some full cloves of garlic instead, cut the heads off cover in good olive oil, pour the oil into the cut surface rubbing the oil into the gaps between the cloves, salt & white pepper and slow roast in a little foil for 2hrs, It's will break down into a butter like consistency and it will taste so sweet and lux. Add a little olive oil and mix into a smooth paste. It won't burn in hot oil and will It keep in the freezer for weeks. Linky

  • Cool recipe! I just recently posted one for Turkey Tacos as well! Are they not the greatest way to use up those leftovers? Will have to try the oil next time.

I used a flour tortilla shells style in mine (was what I had at the time, and were the multi-grain). I forgot to use garlic while trying to work the one hand cooking/one hand video control concept. In the end, they were amazing! LOVE turkey tacos!!!

Take a look at mine if you get a chance, mine has fizza fizza fizza too... haha!

  • Hehe ^^

  • This was really helpful, I'll try this once I make my tacos. This is "sonic" from GS by the way. :)

  • awesome - recipe - and we can always use another way of taking care of those turkey leftovers.

corn tortillas are the only thing for tacos - those soft tacos with flour tortillas is just another way or making burritos.

  • post more often :)
