I have to apologise sincerely. It was likely aimed at a passing spaceship but too much time in ashton lane has its affect on my aim these days. Maybe I should have gone abroad for my education instead of getting NVQ in Ninja Skiils at Langside College?
I grew up on cranworth street so it was quite a nice wee video to watch. It took me back to when I ran around those streets dressed as a ninja. memories.
haha. glad to hear it. If I had a pound for every person who's told me this video's inspired memories of running about Glasgow in a ninja suit i'd.. erm.. have a pound. There should be more ninjas in the west end. leaping about the botanioc gardens chucking throwing stars at each other.
I'm actually stunned any time people find this video because I didn't add any tags. I just put it here so I could show a couple of friends.
erm. I don't know actually. I don't remember deleting anything. I recognise your name though. Feel free to add whatever you like though. Sorry if your past comments have disappeared
@Fourcircle good video, where did you get the idea for the bat thingy? Im asking because when me and my mates were still Glasgow "schemies" we used to joke that where we lived was "bat country". If you've seen Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, you should get it, if not check it out.... Thats the first thing i thought about anyway!
haha. i'm not honestly sure. I doodled a few ideas and somehow that one looked most suitable. Fear and Lothing in Las Vegas is a great film! "we can't stop here.. this is bat country"
Maybe the bat idea was in the back of my head before I started work :) and.... i'm off to watch FALILV again...
I just noticed this comment. thanks for the positive message. I'm certainly not offended by the razor sharp wit of the people who feel inspired to leave abuse over a university project from years ago :)
SO YER RUNNIN UP AN DOON STREETS IN GLESGA. GOOD FUR YOU. STOP YER ARGUIN YOU PER O TOSSERS! GOOD FUR YOU WHO MADE THE VIDEO . YER MAMMY MUST BE PROUD.
haha. cool, thanks. not sure the old dear has seen it in all honestly. might just get me one of "those looks". You're right of course, there should be less arguing and more craic.
it's like talking to a child. you've been continually abusive and now the only thing you can thing of is to fight me? No wonder I emigrated to get away from knuckle draggers like you. I'll take constructive criticism happily but you've said nothing to suggest you have any more wit than my 3 year old son. In fact I wouldn't insult my son by comparing you. So anyway, good luck with the english lessons. you'll get there in the end.
man is this all you can do with your time? really? have you nothing else in life other than leaving abusive feedback to youtube videos? For the record it wasn't me in the ninja costume it was a friend (it's hard to film yourself). the trainers are hiking boots because I orderd the wrong size of ninja shoes and I aced uni because it's actually quite difficult to do 3d animation with live film, especially while studying other subjects. I really couldn't give a shit what you think
You finished yet? Sounds like a case of suppresed homosexuality expressed as verbal abuse with reference to the very thing you're most afraid of, your own secret attraction to men. You're a good example of the narrow minded losers I happily left behind when I emigrated.
Please feel free to respond with another imaginative string of abuse.
haha. thanks for your insightful review. You're obviously an individual of substantial talent. perhaps one day you will bless me with examples of your own work so that I may learn?
Nice one. Found this by mistake but enjoyed the strange batship thing very much. Well done on securing Hoffman, i heard he's a hard man to work with though...
Thanks for your feedback. I keep telling myself that I'll do more one of these days but small kids have made finding that time kind of hard. my own kids I should add. I don't keep them as pets or anything. Erm.. I'll stop now.
Cheers for the comments. I can't pretend it was intended to be a thought provoking piece of cinema but it was a fun morning of filming and a lot of amateurish head scratching when editing.
I can assure you that only professional stunt weegies were used in the filming and were disposed of humanely afterwards
cheers. I didn't add any tags words etc because I wasn't aiming to show the world, just wanted to have it online somewhere to show anyone that asked what I did at Uni. But good to get positive feedback considering it was my 1st attempt.
I salute you for having the foresight to search for that combination of words sir. If only I had the time i'd make more random Spaceship & Ninja based adventures in Glasgow
Yes. Symbolic of the modern threat of terrorism, 9/11, Glasgow Airport, with a touch of Kafka. The alienation of the individual like a Muslim Woman wondering what is that big black thing out there flopping about in the sky? Only to find she can over come it by slipping it up a close. 4 out of 5.
Know what i dont get why do people make fun of people from glasgow when they know glasgow will fuck them up
