@SenseiZao is right. The boy is jumping and going into the throws, locks and take-downs. I.e. - the boy is not resisting. Consequently, it would be argued that this is done to prevent the boy's wrist or other bones from being broken or injured. Still, however, it is not real. I would bet money the boy and girl has practiced that same routine over and over. The girl already knows what the boy will do and he goes along with it. It does look cool though.. :)

@Flexdago Yes, they would have practiced the routine to avoid any injuries, and make sure it looks good. Having said that, flipping out of hold is still a skill in itself!

well its very good as a martial art, but a martial art is made to overpass all the difficulties like being short or tall fat or no and no matter what ur opponent is to make that moves. in RL sometimes this doesnt work because u need space to perform that actions. for example in a club or bar u dont have that space to perfom these actions. hapkido is very good but doesnt work at all in RL at very close compat situations. ill rank 1. wing chun 2.hapkido ( i do wing chun )

Well first off if your in a club really no ma is going to work, why? Because people be deep in the club. If you get into a fight with 1 person then more then likely they have 5 or 6 friends in that club coming to help them. Then theres the fact of limited space and a bouncer coming as well, Another fact the persons friends have the element of surprise cause you don't know who your up against or what they can do. Now a bar, depending on it's set up, dealing with a drunk could easily be done.
