@shershero Pt2 funny look on his face. Found out later they did have to replace it. What should I have done? Not accepted the check. Asked to borrow his ph & called state insurance commission in front of him. Make sure when U go in U have the # w/ U. Looks more knowledgeable. After it was stolen they told me that they had 120 days to recover it. I had to keep paying the insurance & MC payments. How naive I was. Now I drive or ride junkers. Money ahead. No more new vehicles for me, not worth it.
