im a phgotographer and yes hes allowed to do what he wants but publishing stuff like this does not keep you safe haven.....if any one of those owners feels that it has effected him in any way he is allowed to sue.. i know b/c ive dodged a suit in the past lol

There would be a lot of people to sue. First of all only in the US everyone sues for the most ridiculous things. I was just recording a car event, now I can not control the drivers if they do stupid things or reckless driving. Common sense is the bottom line. Now if you are recording a touristic location and by coincidence you record criminals robbing someone on the spot, does that mean they can sue you for recording them committing a crime? No, so this is my point.
