now this is cool I always hear this helicopter around southeast houston by Hwy 3.

These things are over our neighborhood from 7 am to midnight, every single day, sometimes every 15 minutes. Nothing like enjoying a meal or whatever and having the police chopper buzzing the house. It would be fine if they were dispatched for specific calls, but for daily patrols no way. Now I know what it must be like to live in Kabul, Baghdad or any other war zone. The skies, the city and the peace belong to the people.

@om4444 Most of these guys are former military pilots who, after serving their country, return to their homes only to continue service to their community. They are patrolling so you dont have someone roll into your house and harm you or your family while youre "enjoying a meal or whatever."

Try having a little respect.
