Just for all the people asking, they are not full sized in the body. you put one of these next to Epiphone or Gibson and the body looks like a damn ukulele. if you can live with the tiny body they seem pretty good though.

This is a Galveston you can find them on ebay and they are good guitars sell for 250-300 as good as an Epiphone.

the guitar is pretty cool, the only problem with mine are a few electronic issues and it could use new tuning heads cause they aren't so great but for 230 ish what do you epxpect and the looks are great!

Clean on the bridge pick up has a banjo type of sound. By the way, David, if you put your thigh in the middle of the v you shouldn't need the strap as much or at all. Dave Mustaine of Megadeth does it and works out nicely for him.

Nice demo Dave. I often get into discussions about whether or not the body wood of solid body guitars makes a big difference in the tone of the guitar. This demo, especially the clean tones, makes me think the amp and pickups are more important. Keep up the good work!

For this video I ran the guitar through a Fulltone OCD pedal for the distortion and into an all tube fender hot rod deville - clean sounds were on the clean channel with just a splash of amp reverb added. Rock on!

I myself own a flying V, and I find it way more comfortable to play with sitting than with a stratocaster or any kind of guitar really. The trick is to put one side of the V between your legs, while wearing a strap depending on your body's length. This also enables you to have the same height while sitting down and playing as well, removing that issue!

Anyway you can definatly hear that this is a plain good guitar. I was really impressed with the clean sound of thise humbuckers.

Clear and articulate, and not dull, which is my normal experience with humbuckers.
