3 incredibly important things not mentioned here that I have for long term prep are...
Multivitamins. They'll make up for what is missing in your limited diet.
Bleach. It cleans, kills germs, sanitatizes, and purifies water. WATER will be crucial.
A deep well hand pump. Electricity might not be there to pump water from a well. Also, you can use the pump to take fuel from the underground tanks at gas stations. ;)

If the prisons aren't able to provide food or water to the inmates and most of the guards have gone home to protect their families from looters will they release everyone? Since you have law enforcement experience I was wondering if you had any info on this subject.

Mucinex?....not in my first aid kits, sorry. Can think of two other drugs that i would stock up on way before mucinex such as Zofran for nausea and imodium for diarrhea, the ying and yang of hydration and prevention of dehydration. Just my opinion with no disrespect ment.
I think you should add to the "Beans, Bullits & Bandaids" with "Bog-roll" (just to keep the B theme). Without a semblance of hygiene, from washing to a safe latrine, people will die in an emergency.

IF this were to come to fruition, the more appropriate title of this video should be "Beans, Bullets, Bandaids, And Shovels Or Fire". The shovel part would be associated with the need to bury the dead, or burn the bodies. Otherwise, a hell situation becomes more hellish.
