Get Kinectic along with the mens and womans health workout for Kinectic. Its probably the best workout you can get from any workout health thing. considerign that it will tell you if you have the shape right, and baiscally see if you have the right pose or position, so you know if your doing it right or not. Plus you don't ahev to dela with sprains and pain if you did it wrong.

If you have an Xbox 360, get Kinect. It's $150 dollars and its exactly like the wii, but you don't need a controller whatsoever. You stand infront of a sensor and play. Playing kinect is a work out on its own because you are constantly moving you're body. Also I think it's pretty darn fantastic.
