I find it is much easier if you count it one and two and three and four and Pluck the string on every "number" and every "and" for a total of eight notes then move to next position. Hope this helps!!!

you did great on the picking part, but you really need to work on the strumming. Other than that, keep the timing of the chords equal and work on it. Pretty good voice (better than mine), but fix the strumming! That's about it. Great work!
