Bernard Purdie plays the drums on rest of "Blues and the Soulful Truth", but on this tune the drummer is not Purdie, rather than the equally legendary Airto Moreira. His drumming technique is noticeably different from Purdie's.

Thanks for posting this tribute to the amazing Leon Thomas. Gone but not forgotten.
Had the blues and soulful truth and spirits of the known and unknown lps back in the 70s. Both got legs so appreciate the upload.
Can somebody make these reissues more affordable so the record company can sell more than two? ;-D
