Hopefully the ultra light ute they're building for this year will be quite competitive. The XR6T motor, especially the later iteration has proven itself among the 2J, RB and SR motors. Its only held back by the ridiculous weight of the vehicles its usually installed in.
Loved the international flavour of the event, especially in the pit area.
hopefully australia can grow this event big enough and bring in even more well known international time attack cars to justify having superlap at bathurst one year, the aussie crews might have some work ahead of them to keep up though
Just cheeked the results, very interesting to the see the to aussie taxis got smoked by the Jap cars & a lotus.The Falcon is a ex V8 super car chassis with turbo six installed. No excuse realy.
