Two words: Dungeon Crawling. Also, if it's light armor you're after, look in Amelion tomb (zombie alert!) for a full suit of chainmail, of which the cuirass and helm are enchanted (be warned, if you're in the fighters guild you must give up the cuirass and helm at some point.
