I also found another video put on Youtube by " cenfo21c " that shows a clip with the " West Sky " music playing. Hope this is helpful to you.

@trimblehw You're kind of right. Cenfo21c's clip you mentioned is from the Korean movie "Cheong yeon" a.k.a. "Blue Swallow"--a biopic of the first female pilot in Korea. The song "West Sky" is from the OST of this movie.
