  • Such a unique interpretation, both jazzy and operatic. Probably because Renee studied jazz in college too. It's not like the other great interpretations, but that doesn't make it worse!

  • Amazing!!!

  • Amazing!!! I had goosebumps listening to her sing this song!!!

  • ah~her voice is so full/round and pure, i love her rendition of this the best. I saw her live not too long again, it was just as amazing!

  • She's stunning... Beautiful performance. Love this song

  • This song is not for her,

  • @Royalorgans How can it not be fore her, when it seems like she loves it so much?

  • LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!

  • Renee is the best!!!!

  • so good!

  • Beautiful!!!! I like her approach to this piece! It's so operatic and "jazzy" at the same time!

  • I adore this woman, but she always "overdoes" this one...I prefer it simpler

  • she trys to be to much like the incredible Leontyne Price. But she is not Leontyne. Leontyne Price would sing this song ten times better.

  • @Royalorgans Leontyne Price sings it, too, and she sings it phenomenally well! Her voice has such an enthralling presence. You should youtube it. It's amazing.

  • @Royalorgans I think it's pretty unrealistic to assume that Renee Fleming--a true musician and incredible singer in her OWN right--ever "tries" to be or sing like anyone else.

  • not good this time

  • Le doy gracias a los orishas por no permitir que el compositor haya escuchado esta interpretación.
