  • DAVID PLAYED HIS HARP BEFORE SAUL WHO WAS DEMONIZED IT SOOTHED HIS SOUL,ALSO BRING ME A MUSICIAN, WHEN.HE PLAYED THE HAND OF THE LORD CAME UPON HIM2 KINGS 3: 13-15. LETTWR KILLS SPURIT IF GOD BRINGS LIFE HEALING PLEASURE, REMEMBER CHARIOTS

    OF FIRE SAME WITH MUSIC.

  • Total rubbish, not the playing, the whole prophetic stuff. Can't believe people actually believe this. What a crazy world.

  • Exegetically you cannot use 1Sam 10:5 to justify prophecy coming from the instruments. The instruments ACCOMPANIED the prophecies, but brought nothing themselves. Music is incapable of communicating objective truth - hence why the psalms have WORDS to them, along with all the other songs we do - if it was the case that instruments could communicate truths like 'Jesus Christ is God', then words would be unnecessary. It is something that we see in the O.T, but not in the N.T.

  • @nextorx amen!

  • that was some O.K druming

  • Thats good drumming. I warmly embrace the idea of peering into the Aether during meditative rhythmic creation.

  • This is actually really beautiful drumming.

  • 1Sam 10:5 The Music Accompanied the Prophecies. This Music make me wanna prophecy.

  • complimenti

  • Shaka Thank you Jesus!!!!

  • At the Pure Worship Institute. He played the drums prophetically after one of his classes and people got healed and delivered while he played.

  • I have been in meetings where the drums were played and someone interpreted what was being played. The scripture I mentioned 1Sam 10:5 speaks of a company of prophets who were musicians. If you look also in chronicles the temple musicians were chosen partly based on their ability to prophesy on their instruments.

  • Someone who is present at the meeting could interpret the prophecy. 1Sam 10:5 is one place you'll find prophesying on musical instruments.

  • After that thou shalt come to the hill of God, where is the garrison of the Philistines: and it shall come to pass, when thou hast come thither to the city, that thou shalt meet a company of prophets coming down from the high place with a psaltery, and a tabret, and a pipe, and a harp before them; and they will prophesy:

"Instrument BEFORE them" not the instruments.

It says nothing about the playing of the instrument be prophetic. You ever hear anyone interpret a drum solo? Be honest.

  • As far as im aware they are not trying to say that they are prophecying through instruments but rather this type of sound is synonimous (s/p) with the prophetic movement, the ebs and flows of the beat, the artist is allowed to follow his music however he believes the Spirit of God is directing him to, so that others can more freely worship God and listen to his voice and therefor prophecy

  • Prophesying on a musical instrument is absolutely biblical.

  • Verse and Scripture Please! So who would interpret the drumming?

  • What is the prophesy of this solo? What does it say and when will it happen? Who else plays prophetic solos?

  • Prophetic drumming? I'm not sure that is Biblical. Drumming in tongues? There is a lot of stuff that goes on in Christian circles that is very questionable and yes I'm a Christian, former missionary. Keep your eyes focused on Jesus.

  • as a drummer,i agree with you..HOW the heck can u say drumming in tongues...might as well say join the native americans who would do these rituals..signs of the 2nd coming of jesus..people would fool anyone now..

  • Well it would give you a chance to play and solo which all about ego. I think it is total foolishness. I want to see scripture that back this up. People will do anything to draw attention to themselves.

  • I agree brother..just imagine in a altar call..how u cant concentrate on ur prayer..haa!!..do solos but dont use it like its biblical..

  • dude! this is so different. i've never heard of Prophetic drumming. Most would say its just a solo. but i can tell its not! yes... we need to talk, perhaps... 5 starz

  • I can hear them speaking, but most of all I can feel his heartbeat!
