i have this one myself. Great phone. battery sucks but heres an app that would help alot. the app is called Juice Defender. set it at aggressive and it will last you at least 2 times longer.

@FlightSim159 trust me when i say this, it has one of the best batteries out of all ANDROID devices, i used to have the cliq and the vibrant and the battery runs out much faster than the mytouch, ALL ANDROID DEVICES HAVE LOW BATTERY. but the mytouch is an improvment compared to most android devices

@FlightSim159 Juice Defender App, it will keep applications from running in back ground when you arent using your phone..... also you can turn off the auto syncing and letting the apps run in the back ground thing. and lastly lower the brightness of your phone to zero and turn off live wall papers if you have any on..... my phone battery is lasting like 4 more hours with all that.... i should have bought the iphone.

The MyTouch 4G is a custom of Android, and a custom of HTC Sense UI! That makes MySense... Which is why I don't like it. It might not get the Gingerbread update.

@SitUpComedy no u'll get gingerbread because the phone's internal gigabyte storage is mostly used up by the ui and future updates, it was said in in one of the reviews for the phone. however u just wont get it as early an owner of a nexus one or g2, and possibly the evo 4g
