"someone gave them to him"...."look his shirt looks funny"....im not sure how it's done but my best guess is collapsable decks. as someone else mentioned only one card is removed from one of the decks which leads me to believe some sort of force technique is required. would be more impressive if at least one of the decks contained a full set of cards.
hmm... i doubt the decks appeared elsewhere other than the wallet itself. yet those decks r nothing more than an empty,foldable,cardboard which r compressed between the wallet.gee.. something like the (Disappearing Deck gimmick),only these r much more flexible.

Its in the black sweater/jacket he's wearing. The black single fold wallet/card holder hides the opening (pocket? - I suspect.) Good presentation though for camera audience. Keep all action in the line of sight though for more credit.
