  • She is just a compulsive liar and i wanna know where caylee was when she lied to her parents about being with the fake nanny "zanny" and where was caylee when she lied to her boyfriend about caylee being with her nanny and where was caylee when she went partying. Thats definately neglect and why didnt she just say she drowned accidently in the pool from the get go if thats the true story, i mean it would save her alot of time. None of this trial makes sense! she's fake and so is her family.

  • @32corrupted OK ill hate on you you are a moron!

  • @ITHEREONETHATHASNT yip 9 months later you decided to reply to my comment....to me,whos casey?old news but reading over what i said i mustve been on acid on something cos i would say now shes a cold blooded killer.*coughs* now as you were saying?....dont hate on me now im on your side too!:)

  • "Casey get ready to cry at 2:43" Did they really think we wouldnt notice that!

  • lol I searched up "hearing motions" so I was really confused by this video..

  • @Exziron99 Just search for Casey Anthony and everything I have uploaded should come up.

  • Did anyone else notice that when JA talks about Caylee being restrained that KC then briefly holds (or restrains) her own wrist?

  • what wold you think about putting a innocent plea on a mixtape? i mean i already told everybody.

  • I personally think Casey Anthony is innocent. And if you think she is guilty then show me one piece of evidence that she commited the crime. I think she's being setup by someone very powerful and the media is spinning things so that she appears guilty. Please don't be childish and insult me if u disagree. Rather, present me with just one piece of concrete evidence

  • @summercures2 - We don't need to show you anything and I'm personally not going to be bothered looking up information. Do your own research. She will be tried then hopefully convicted. Your comment in and of its self is quite juvenile and if you want to be taken seriously you may want to stop using text speak. I suggest you do some reading of the doc dumps and then come back when you know what you are talking about.

  • @colourbox101: The lawyer in the video clearly states that there is no evidence to support that Casey Anthony killed her own child. Furthermore, the case was made even weaker by the fact that the court is unable to determine how her child even died. It seems that part of the reason why you don't feel the need to show me evidence is because.....well there is no evidence. So, given that fact, can you explain to me what has made you believe that Casey Anthony is guilty?

  • @summercures2 The lawyer in the video is Andrea Lyon and is a defense lawyer so of course she is going to say there is no evidence. While the truth is, there is so much good quality circumstantial evidence that Casey Anthony will never see the light of day as a free woman, ever. Also Andrea Lyon is no longer defending Casey Anthony as she has left the case - guess she wasn't so convinced after all.

  • @colourbox101: PART 1---If evidence was presented in this case then the judge should be aware of it. So tell me what would be the motivation for Andrea Lyon, the defense lawyer, to say that evidence didn't exist if the judge knew it actually did exist? The fact is Lyon said there's no evidence because there actually is none. Although circumstantial evidence does exist in this case, that kind of evidence is not as strong as physical evidence. Furhtermore, circumstantial evidence is exactly...

  • @summercures2 GO LOOK UP SCOTT PETERSON THAT IS ALL THEY HAD AN HE SITS WHERE HE BELONGS..ON DEATH ROW BABY..RIGHT WHERE KC WILL BE

  • @colourbox101: You must also remember that we live in a country where people are innocent until proven guilty. In light of the fact that there is no evidence to support that Casey killed her own child, I would find it very appauling if she were to be convicted. In that scenario, I would be led to believe that the current justice system is either very incompetent or maybe someone very sociopathic and who is financially powerful has a very good reason to frame her. Thats just speculation of course

  • @summercures2 You obviously have not read the documents involved with this case so there is no point debating with you.

  • @colourbox101: PART 2--- Furthermore, circumstantial evidence is exactly the kind of evidence that can be manipulated in such a way as to frame someone. As I've previously asserted, I think Casey Anthony is innocent. .....And I don't need to read any documents. What I want is EVIDENCE. Evidence is the back-bone of any case. Not documents. The evidence will tell me how strong or weak the case against Anthony really is.

  • @summercures2 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA..that IS sooooo funny..30 days she lies where her kid is..then changes her story about the nany..(noone met ever) the nany she has no pic of even tho shes a text n pic junkie..nevermind her cell pings around the area the dead child was found..oh yeah there is nothing..everyone has a dead body smell in their trunk ..hahahahaha

  • @sikofpolotix: You said "30 days she lies where her kid is." How can she comment on the location of her kid if her kid was abducted? You need to give me a quote because you're most likely taking her words out of context. You also sarcastically said "everyone has a dead body smell in their trunk." It seems that u are suggesting that they found her kid in the trunk of her car. But how does that prove anything? Somebody could very well be trying to frame her. Again, actual evidence is required!

  • @summercures2 Lemme school ya sunshine..Im a Paralegal...my opinion...1st you look at the chain of events leading up to the event..the person in the event..we have kc the born liar..an we have a ton of lies after that..in the trunk there is evidence of decomp..n a hair with the death band..whos was it? KC says shes alive..BUT not so..you can look in the doc dump for more info..you are very uneducated ..

  • @sikofpolotix: I'm uneducated? Please. Now your just resorting to ad hominem attacks precisely because your arguments are so weak. The fact that there has been no evidence presented in this trial, that would suggest Casey Anthony commited the crime, suggests to me that the chain of events leading up to her daughters death are very weak. The autopsy report cannot confirm that the girl died from suffocation from the duct tape nor can it confirm cause of death at all.

  • @summercures2 you must be..the hair was either kc's or klee's ..kc is alive klee is not..have you visited the doc. dump..if you had you would see the evidence..Im not going to debate this with you..YOU HAVE THE IQ OF A SPOON..have a nice day

  • @sikofpolotix: If you do not wish to debate with me any furhter, then fine. Enjoy the rest of your day.

  • @summercures2 Im sorry I cant debate this becuase you are so poorly informed....

  • @sikofpolotix: PART 1 / You said "n a hair with the death band..whos was it?" Did they actually confirm who's hair it was? And to b honest, is it really evidence if they find strands of the mother's hair on her own daughter? Get real. You also said "KC says shes alive..BUT not so." Of course Casey would say that her daughter is alive. She is being hopeful as any parent would be. CONTINUE TO PART 2.....

  • @sikofpolotix: PART 2 / Lastly u said "in the trunk there is evidence of decomp." If Casey was imprisoned right after her kid went missing, then she wouldn't have access to her car and therefore allowing the real murderer to place the fresh dead body into the trunk of her car, allowing it to decompose there. This make it seem as though Casey had the body in her car all along. But in any case, we must not forget that their is NO evidence linking Casey to the murder that has been brought to court

  • @summercures2 CASEY CAN ONLY HOPE THE JURY IS AS STUPID AS YOU..HAHAHAHAHA

  • @summercures2 Casey? Is that you? Didn't know they let you access youtube from prison. It'd have to be, because no one else would think it was okay to have their 3 year old daughter missing for a month before they reported it while going out and partying with friends. I'm sure it's all a mix up though, maybe the cadaver dogs smelled the other dead body from your car, not Caylee's.

Love how you used Latin a few posts back to make yourself sound intelligent. Of course, anyone can Google Latin.

  • @eesmith12082: PT 1/Casey Anthony was allegedly out partying while her child was missing for a month. But I understand that her daughter was in the care of a baby sitter. Due to the possibility that Anthony is being framed, in light of a case devoid of evidence, I will state that maybe the baby sitter had a hand in her daughter's disapearance and didn't inform anyone. Then Casey comes back from vacation and finds out and informs the police a month after the abduction. Baby sitter is not found!

  • @eesmith12082: PT 1/ "FBI documents released to the public in October 2009 indicated that two sources of DNA had been discovered in swabbings taken from the duct tape which was found on Caylee's remains, neither of them Casey Anthony's. One set of DNA, found on the shiny side of the tape, was found to be that of one of the FBI laboratory personnel and unrelated to the case.....[CONTINUE PART3].."

  • @eesmith12082: PT 3/ "The other [set of DNA] was an incomplete segment of DNA found on the adhesive side of the tape which did not match the DNA of Casey Anthony, her parents, the FBI analyst, or that of Caylee." ---this was taken from an article on Wikipedia. Something definitely seems fishy in this case. In light of their being no evidence to sufficiently convict Casey Anthony, I think she might be being framed. The real criminal(s) are still out there.

  • @summercures2 And why exactly would anyone want to frame her? It's not like she's of any importance to anyone except her whack-job parents. The baby sitter hasn't been found because the babysitter, like the "black man" who allegedly stole Susan Smith's two boys was created and used as a cover by Casey. But regardless of that, even IF (and it's a big if) Caylee had been in the care of the sitter when she vanished, what kind of mother parties for a month without seeing her toddler? A bad one.

  • @summercures2 You are seriously confused and messed up in the head if you think for even a moment that this monster had nothing to do with her own daughter's murder.

  • @summercures2 In any event, I take solace in the knowledge that whatever you believe, whatever happens in the trial, whatever happens in prison, whatever happens to Casey throughout the rest of her miserable life, she WILL rot in hell for all eternity for cold, brutal, heartless murder of her beautiful, innocent little girl. I don't think it'll be long before that day arrives either. Very few people see things from your warped point of view.

  • @eesmith12082 *applauding* nicely stated.

  • Exactly what I have been thinking the whole time of this trial. I am convinced she will likely get off and get a couple years or maybe five or ten whatever. What am certain of is she will have to answer God who will punish her in the afterlife. I dont want her to go to hell i could never wish that on anyone but i know she will realize the wrong of her ways and feel Horrible in front of God and Caylee. Plus she will spend the rest of her natural life haunted by her actions whatever they were.

  • @colourbox101 dont even bother dealing with the uneducated..the chain of events are so powerful we are gonna be roasting marshmellows on kc's ass when they strap her down..summerblind or whatever the hell their name is must not have read the doc dump..to spew such garbage..now if KC has a jury that is stupid in quanity ..she will be set free

  • @colourbox101 amen! I hate when two yr olds walk into the woods duct tape their mouths..jump into 2 bags and die...happens everyday..

  • she did it,,now shes scared,,,narcissistic,they have emotions,only for herself,period,

  • right about 2:35, it looks like casey goes into some sort of trance, kind of staring off into space towards the floor, reliving what she did, when the prosecutor is talking about if Caylee was chemically restrained, the killer preparing some substance in advance. (to soapmaker: no worries about unfair trial due to the mic, mic's in a courtroom are very commonplace)

  • I have to say I am no fan of Casey BUT - WHY can we hear her voice here? Is she miked up? That aint right. If it is prooved that there isn't a fair case against her the trial will be declared void. I think.

  • There is a microphone at the table, but it would be on mute at some point so that any discussion between Casey and her attorneys are not heard throughout the court room. You will always see the attorneys lean over to mute the mic when when speaking with Casey.

  • this is just a taste of the pure ownage the prosicution will show during the trials

  • HE THE MAN.

  • Boo freaking whoo Casey Anthony. If your tear's are real, its because the prosecutor is right on the money. THIRTY ONE days...

  • that BitÇh needs to die>>>>>>> point blank

  • I agree. Ashton ROCKS!!!!

  • I have to agree with gojobuddy I wouldn't doubt that bias told her to really turn on the water works. It just turns my stomach since the beginning that every time she came into court she smiled and even laughed, this is all a big game to her. It's sickening.

  • Prosecutor Jeff Ashton is AMAZING! He gets straight to the point, unlike Andrea Lyon who puts people to sleep. THANK YOU for posting this!!! :)

  • What I view here on Casey's reaction on this video is that of a spoiled brat who is not getting her way. The tear's was fake. Casey was angry because she was not getting special treatment.

  • I just watched this video again. I think Baez told her to cry. Lyons was holding onto her arm b/f she even started. All I saw was anger & the little bit of tears she was able to muster up, sure took her a long time to wipe off..She was even wiping the tissue in her eyes. Probably to make them as red as possible. That was all staged by her attorneys. That is why they're so afraid of the cameras watching them in jail. Giving her acting lessons. That's what it all seemed to be me. One big act!

  • I think Casey continually rubs her eyes to make them red because otherwise there would be no trace of any emotion for Caylee because there never has been any....Only traces have ever been for herself?

  • I came across that Lillian Glass page on accident. Really interesting. I think just the fact that she turned her head and tried to hide her face tells you she's guilty.I actually saw some anger in her face. Not sadness. She was actually having a temper tantrum. For once in her life. Her actions aren't pulling any weight.Like they always worked for her with her parents. Especially Cindy. George tried calling her out. Then Cindy would say I'll take care of it.

  • I know, I can't get over the screwed up dynamics in that household. George is asking Casey valid questions and for once acting like a parent and she tells him to get out of the house and Cindy backs her up on that.

No wonder Casey is able to manipulate them so easily. They never presented a united front.

  • George had it together in the very beginning and was confronting her and asking the right questions. Cindy put a guilt trip on him. Saying if she gets convicted she could get the D.P. and she is the only one they have left. I think his Grand jury testimony had something to do with her arrest. Now he's changing his story. He even interviewed with the cops early on and said he knew the smell of a dead body and that is what he smelled. I don't know how he thinks he's going to get out of all he said.

  • Why is he even listening to Cindy anyways? Why doesn't he just stand up to her and tell her to fuck off instead of meekly doing everything she says?

At times, he's clearly against what she wants him to do. Like on the Today show when one of the hosts asks George "well would you have arrested Casey after only 24 hours?" Cindy starts holding his arm and staring at him with this "you better say what I want you to say look", he looks annoyed and then denies he would have arrested her.

  • This is how this spoiled brat got away with all her crap to begin with.Whine and cried any time George questioned her actions. She wasn't upset here over the death of her daughter. She was mad b/c she had to sit and listen to the truth for once. She couldn't throw one of her tantrums like the neighbors heard her do many times. She just had to sit and listen.I still don't feel she's sorry for anything.Only the fact she got caught! This woman doesn't even have a heart. If she does it's made of stone.

  • Wow missed that one the Prosecutor says "Anyone who contends that no juror could find that these conclusions call for a sentence of death IS ONLY FOOLING THEMSELVES".

  • I think Biaz remined her that the camaeras were rolling right before she started sobbing. Look at her bored expression before he speaks to her.

  • I think that Biaz said "The camaras are on you" just nefore she started sobbing. Right before he whispered to her, she was fine.

  • You are right! He leaned over, said something in her ear, and ONLY then she showed any emotion.

  • just a taste of the Murder Trial-and casey cant take it? Wake up and smell the coffee biatch part of the paying is sitting still during the truth. Your final destination will most likely be the chair/injection/HELL DEAL WITH IT !!WHORE BABY KILLER!!!!!!!!!!!

  • can anyone make out that whispering?

  • What is being reported is "Casey said: "make him stop" and Baez said: "I can't".

This was during the time the prosecutor was speaking to the Judge.

  • So did they forget to turn off their mike, or what?

  • I think there are probably a few microphones in the courtroom to pick up the testimony? not sure though....

  • @fenriswolf6699 kc says..MAKE EM STOP..LYONS SAYS..I CANT

  • There were actually 4 pieces of duct tape found with Caylee's remains.... one piece had clearly been chewed by animals. It was SEPARATE from the skull, on which 3 layers of tape were still attached, over her mouth and nose. Was this 4th piece of tape used to bind the Caylee's's wrists. I think at trial this possibility will be put before a jury. Casey' s tears come too late. This is the emotion she should have been showing instead of taking part in hot body contests or getting her butt tatooed.

  • She's crying now because she's probably crying for herself, not Caylee.

  • She is definitely crying for herself but, I think most of it was anger. Like she was throwing a temper tantrum. No real tears and her face got all red. If she was really crying that hard. She would have had to blow her nose.I think Baez gave her some advice by telling her she has to show emotion. Maybe that is why they are so concerned with the jail watching them. They are probably giving her acting lessons.

  • I noticed you posted about Dr. Lillian Glass's blog as well. She actually changed my mind about whether Casey was really crying or not. I love her posts, they're so interesting.

  • I agree she was probably acting.

  • Casey's behavior is similar to Cindy's. It's so sad to know that the last thing Caylee seen was her mother murdering her. I hope Casey rots in HELL. Then I hope Cindy is charged with obstruction of justice!

  • I agree. Cindy really needs to be, trying to take credit for the chloroform searches a year after that news came out.

  • I have wondered all the way back to the 911 call if this all was played out by Cindy, George, and Casey. I believe Cindy & George know the truth about what really happened to Caylee. I wish L.E. would charge Cindy. I see where Casey gets her traits from. She acts just like her mother Cindy.

  • Bozo leans over and says at 2:41...... better cry now and shake your head b*tch!

  • No, I think Bozo probably said ...Cry now b*tch if you want to live!

  • She is a sociopath bitch! She is not crying for Caylee, she is crying for herself. She shakes her haed no when the pros. describes the tape cutting off air?i think she put the tape on after death to keep decomposition fluid from purging out the nose and mouth. and the pros. got the cause of death wrong and shes shaking her head cause the pros. is wrong about the death???

  • she may have been able to get out of the death penalty had she come clean with the truth, had it not been reprehensible enough to get the death penalty.but she has lied her way through her whole life and killed her child and is trying so hard to lie her way out.haha bitch u are a killer and a liar now your gonna pay!

  • I just pray caylee did not ever have to know her sick bitch mother did this to her. I pray she just fell asleep.

  • I think she chloroformed Caylee, then put the tape on when Caylee was unconscious. I don't think she's smart enough to realize she had to put the tape on to stop the leak of fluids. She was dumb enough to keep a body in her car for a couple of days instead of dumping it right away therefore providing the strongest piece of evidence in the case long before there was a body: the unmistakable smell of death in the car.

  • You know I have thought of this too. With the decomp. There is a good possibility that, that is what she did. Plus if anyone finds her she could say that, that is what the kidnappers did.

  • lol you can tel wen he told her to cry, bullt shit

oh by the way when is the next trail date or the nest thing to come up about this case?

  • I believe the next court date is January 25, 2010. I will post the next court date and related information on my YouTube Home Page Channel under the comments section.

  • I can't wait for her first trial. It will be interesting to see how she, and her family take her first conviction. She didn't look good at all when Ashton was talking.

  • I can't wait for Casey to have to face Amy. That will be interesting. She told her parents that she had to take that money to look for Caylee. I think watching what she purchased says that's a lie. Perhaps if she had bought black clothes binoculars, boots instead of lingerie we might have bought it. Lets not all forget. Casey also stole $400 cash from Amy right after Amy lent her $80 for towing her car. I can't wait to see how she acts in court on this one. That's if she doesn't plead out first.

  • The first hearing for the fruad trial is on the 18th of December.

  • She actually goes to her check fraud case. Jan. 25th. I don't know if they'll have any pretrial things or not. Knowing Biaz. He'll definitely come up with some kind of motions to file in order to postpone this as long as possible.

  • the defence team knows she is a liar - as stupid as they look defending her, shes the goose laying the golden free advertising eggs.. you cant put a price on that.

biaz is famous, before this he was hanging around at the jail getting clients through word of mouth. thats how he got casey.. and now, he has the experience of being part of a death penalty trial, with an already famous death penalty lawyer to learn from.

he is a nitwit, but he aint no dummy...

  • That's true, and now he can probably be a paid legal voice on those news shows after this case has passed.

  • She seems like a completely different person than the one who smugly sat at that table laughing with investigators saying, I can feel that Caylee is alive.

  • You listenting to Prosecution Bozo? "This motion compels us to assume that a jury has already convicted her, otherwise the death penalty would not even be considered." We're not at any sentencing phase moron. Dude where were her tears when she was out on bail laughing over a guy thinking she was hot on MySpace, OCD playing her favorite song 13 times, out playing the sunglasses game with the hired help. Where were her tears when she referred to the breakdown of Caylee's remains as squirrels?

  • She's gonna get what's comin' to her....

I've been keeping up with this case since it even hit the media and let me tell you... She's a real actress.

I can only see Caylee now just looking down wondering why her mommy did this to her.

RIP Caylee. <3 WE Love you.

  • Exactly! Where were her tears when everybody was trying to get ANY information from her THAT MIGHT HELP TO FIND CAYLEE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I know!

The only reason she's crying is because they MADE the scenario replay in her head. I HOPE it replays in her head every night for the rest of her life.

She only cares for herself, she always has, she always will.

Those tears are for herself, and her realizing she might end up having the same fate as Caylee.

  • What the hell is Andrea saying, there is no evidence that the duct tape caused her death? What the-?

So whoever killed her, killed her and then covered her mouth and nose with duct tape? Wouldn't it be sort of unnecessary to cut off her breathing passages after she was dead? Lyons is a stupid hag.

  • You are so right she is way too stupid to know about fluids purging out. She chlorophormed her and suffocated her to death with duct tape, so calculated and cruel!

  • OMG she wipes her tears like fluids are purging out. She's still wiping like 5 hours later. You got um Casey!

  • noitce she was very very mad then baez leans in for the coaching.. tears. fake tears.

  • Casey was really "TICKED OFF" at the prosecutor yesterday as he spoke about Caylee's last moments. I don't think Baez coached Casey to cry. By all reports, Casey wanted Baez to stop the prosecutor from saying what he was saying and Baez replied "I can't". Then Casey started crying. I guess the truth hurts!

  • Plus Andrea seems to hug her a lot so she knows that they are there for her if she cries, and Andrea hugs her in instances even before any crying as if to prepare for touchy subjects, so Casey knows what they are thinking too even if they don't tell her directly. I wouldn't think Casey would want anything said aloud for others to hear what could have happened to Caylee since she is the one on trial for it. Plus she supposedly told Tracy was it that Jose (or now lawyers?) make her look good.

  • Hi sierra , It was Andrea Lyons that told Casey " I can't " when you hear Casey saying " make him stop " Not Bozo

  • Yup, your right. After I listed to it and watched the video over and over again, it was Lyons who said it. Thank you.

  • right!!??

he didnt lean over and say hang in there

he said, you want to live? cry now.

  • She wants to act like the princess who controls everything. One who is entitled to anything. Like taking Caylee's life and everyone's money. Then has the audacity to say she has had everything taken from her! It seems to me Caylee is the one that had her whole life taken from her and Amy had her bank account emptied along with $400 and Cindy, Caylee, Jesse,Lee and grandmother all were stolen from in one way or another. I bet she has a lot more victims out there we don't even know about.

  • Is it just me, or did she look really guilty? Even if i would have never seen this case before, I think it would have still been suspicious. I know i wouldnt want to hear how my child died again, but if i was seeking justice i would not care one bit. The g parents left like its some fantasy that they can just turn off when they want to, they need to realize this happend, and they need to support caylee

  • I actually think her tears were genuine.

She probably wished she'd never done it. She's scared out of her wits and probably sorry for what she did, but not because of Caylee.

Because, as she put it, her entire life has been taken from her. Before her arrest and even after it, she seems to be the sort of person who never looked ahead more than a couple days and never thought about her actions and disregarded everyone else's feelings.

  • I get the feeling that, besides Caylee's birth, she never had to suffer the permanent consequences of anything she did. Even with Caylee, her parents took away the sting and made everything all better. She didn't have to provide for Caylee.

Anyways, I think she saw the trial as something so far in the future that it seemed like it would never happen. Now she's getting dates thrown at her, she's being confronted with evidence and the defense's theory was just a small sample of the trial.

  • Comment removed

  • Agreed on that one 1000%

    Couldnt have said it better.

  • I bet a body language expert would tell you by her turning away like she did trying to hide her face. It's a sign of guilt. It's like an Ostrich putting his head in the sand. She knows it is written all over her face is why she never makes eye contact with her parents. Cindy better toughen up. This is just the beginning. Wait until all the real evidence and pics are shown. Poor little Caylee has no family members sitting on her side. Really pathetic. C&G better face reality. They raised a monster

  • I agree! Inocent people dont have to hide behind their hair!

  • Yeah and why do innocent people need to worry about the Death Penalty. Jose even said like Casey wants her day in court, she knows what is ahead, and good reasons will all come out at trial anyway.

  • Please go to Dr Lillian Glass Website blog. She is a Voice and Body Language expert who has analyzed The Anthony's and Linda Baden. I think you will find it interesting ?

  • At 2:07 listen close as the prosecutor says "Tape over her nose etc.. Casey whispers to her lawyer ""Make Him Stop".. The lawyer says...

"I Can't"...Then Casey starts breaking down because she for the first time is forced to hear and face what she's done. Make NO mistake, she isn't crying for Caylee. She's crying because she not only has a clear picture in her head of what she did, but everything she killed Caylee for is gone! She didn't get away with it, she won't get away with it, GUILTY!

  • Casey says "Make Him Stop" in a very desperate tone as if to say, I can't take this! Casey has blocked this memory of how she murdered Caylee out of her mind for more than a year. She has only been concerned with herself. Now she is being forced to remember. The prosecution is bringing those memories Casey buried down deep to the surface. "Make Him Stop".. Casey ain't heard nothing yet! I hope those now revived images of what she did drive her insane!!

    "JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE"

  • OMG Thank you for giving the exact time she said that because I have been looking for it since Patty announced it :p I guess I thought we se her mouth it.

Anyway was she mic'ed or did that convo get heard because her lawyers were mic'ed and it carried over? I thought those whispers were from the camera people.

  • Casey has blocked that memory of what she did out of her mind since the day she did it. Thats how she deals with it, she denies it and doesn't thiink about it. Hearing it obviously isn't something she can handle. She won't be able to sit through a trial listening to that. It wouldn't suprise me to suddenly hear about a plea deal of some kind.

It reminds me of an old Bogart movie "They Drive By Night" The woman going crazy who murdered her husband. I can't explain it here, you'd have to see it.

  • COol thanks- I'm a fan of old movies :) I will have to check that out.

  • I agree, she looked close to ready to break down.

Funny, it seemed like she never would when the cops were just confronting her with mere theories. Now that they're getting close to the truth though...

The really sad thing is from the beginning the cops warned her this was what was going to happen.

  • Yep, they absolutely told her this is exactly what would happen. They also said, if she waits this long, then suddenly says; "Sorry it was an accident" It wouldn't mean anything at this point.

I know it was said before during previous hearings, but personally, I think it didn't truely hit her till this moment. I don't think she'll make through trial without breaking down. Remember it won't only be this prosecutor talking. There will be horrible photos blown up and on display. She's done! GUILTY!

  • Yeah she pratically asked the police well yeah I had something to do with it but just let my mom think I didn't. Now Cindy can make believe she is wrongly charged.

  • Your exactly right and everything they said would happen did happen. She sat there playing all her games with her cocky spiteful attitude. She even lied and said the cops said if they didn't find Caylee they were going to pin it on her.Well it looks like that big snowball finally hit the bottom of the hill.Just like they said. Once they figure it all out. They always do. Her I'm sorry won't mean a thing and neither does her tears. They're all for her, none for Caylee.Cindy better brace herself

  • Thaks for the upload!! You're awesome!!

  • She's guilty!!!! I don't buy her crying at all. When the verdict is announced it won't be a surprise.

  • Dude all Casey cared about today was flipping her hair like a big old narcissist. What is she crying remembering what she did to Caylee or what. She just doesn't want anybody to see that there is no actual emotion hiding behind tears her defense told her would be a good idea to produce. I'm so sure this same person who said all they care about is Caylee, and had the attitude yeah but my birthday party rocked more than Caylee's I had face painting. It is late for tears. What 1 yr and 5 mo?

  • In 3:38 I wonder if that was Cindy and George that left the court room...look at the top right you will see 2 people leave...DAMN this is just a sample of what is to come. These people better be ready...

  • I posted a link to the Anthony's leaving the court room on my You TUbe Home Page under the Comments Section.

  • Yes thank you! Same jacket and everything. I was even cringing at the details- I can't imagine the huge dose of reality the grandparents have to take.

  • good call seahorse!

i was so focussed on casey crying ( for herself, and mother hen andrea hovering over her ) that i totally missed that.

but, you're right, based on what they were wearing to court today----it WAS cindy and george ---trying to beat the media out of there.

  • Look at the link Patty put up in her main page. Shows them leaving after the hearing. They are chased by reporters and Cindy hugs the wall and breaks down and her posse just cover her up. Very sad for any grandparent to hear the last moments of Caylee :( I feel bad for them- but the way they handled themselves and all the yo-yo statements makes it really hard to completely sympathize w/them!!

  • that was crazy Joy wray in the posse patrol. Joy thinks she's part of the A's entourage. That nut just bugs the hell out of me.

  • OMG they walked out at the exact moment Casey and Andrea were bracing themselves for "shock"? I guess it's new news to Casey even though Caylee's decomposing body was in her trunk for like a week? What the Anthony's wanted to leave the courtroom at that exact moment making the biggest dramatic splash as possible?

  • She is starting to crack I HOPE! I don't buy the tears but she had her hands over her face showing shame. Guilty shame maybe??

  • I agree, Guilty Shame!!! Watch again, you see her sink into it and then, when Andrea starts blabbing again Casey composes herself and strikes her defensive pose. Its delicious and so fitting that on the anniversary of finding sweet Cayley, that, Casey, George and Cindy got a taste of reality. I hope they have enjoyed their pseudo celebrity lifestyle because the party and their days of lying are over. Justice for Caylee.

  • Well, at least Biaz is doing his job on consulting his physco client @ her starting to act under his direction. lol

  • I think that was spontaneous, it was all a game to her before and now she realizes its real.

  • OMG did you hear Casey whisper I understand? Did she whisper that to her defense? Was that before she started crying?

  • It looked to me as if bozo gave kc the cew to cry,and show some emotion! what a crock.......I still dont feel sorry for her or her deranged parents.

  • Boy, Casey really went red in the face when the prosecutor hit her with the truth. She was'nt red faced from crying, that was shock and embarassment.

  • act all you want. Im sure they told you to show lots os emotion.. but its crap.. and your going away for a long time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ACT ACT ACT.. way to go biaz, remind her ow she needs to act sad so she doesnt look guilty.. god, i hope they convict her!!
