Hey, how much was your Vurtego V3 and after a high bounce do you hit the ground dose the spring like reach its limit and you can feel it like touch the ground ( im 13 and i weigh 8-9 stone and btw im not fat at all )

One of the sticks in the video is a medium stick with a large shaft - changes the compression ratio a bit, gives you a little more travel while maintaining the size of the medium body.

I would get a medium if you've got some good pogo experience, and a small if you're more of a beginner. At 5'2" a Medium will feel a little big, but if you're a good athlete you'll be able to handle it just fine -
