  • Can you print on disks/cd's with this printer?

  • I bought one a year ago and now is in the trash. I will preffer 1k times HP printers because with a new ink cartridges comes a new printhead.

  • I have the 630

  • I notice in the menu there is a setting for Bluetooth. how can I use this function?

  • when u turn it on does it make sound

  • How do you get it to fax? I keep getting, 'no dial tone' whenever I fax.

  • pessima stampante! portate in assistenza 5 volte! hanno molti problemi!

  • I just got the 610 for $79.99 free shipping.

  • @ARBuilder1776 where? and how fast does it scan?

  • Does this printer work for windows 7?????

and do u need to connect any cable for a desktop?

    HELP>>>>

  • no usb cable???? that company is so cheap and lame !!

  • i really liked this printed until something happened.. do u think you could help me with this problem?

My printer works fine, and when u print something, it acts as though its printing, but a white page just comes out. all ink levels are full or 3/4 full.

  • I have not seen that kind of problem on this printer. My advice is to call Epson directly. They might be able to help you further. Best of luck.

  • how many scans per minute ?

  • That all depends on the DPI settings you have. Something like 300 DPI which is the max will scan very slowly and the document size will be large.

  • @aramistech at 300 dpi and default settings, how fast does it scan?

  • Well thanks buddy, my girl loves her Epson Workforce 610!!!

Quick question how do you print double-sided?

    Thanks!

  • Cool, I'm glad it helped you out. Regarding your question. Go to the printing preferences for the 610 and go to the tab PAGE LAYOUT. There you will find on the right an option that says 2-SIDED PRINTING - Off or On. Best of luck.

  • how does the paper go in

  • On the back it has a slot where the paper sits.

  • ok. i had to take it all apart though =( my neclace fell in

  • Yes :-(

  • If I am pushing wireless N in my house hold, will this printer be able to connect to my network????

  • Yes it will

  • i just got this printer, it is a very good printer, and pretty fast.

I just got one problem, how do u change the ink, i try to but it goes all the way to the right, and i cant move it to the left a little to open it up.

    Please Help

  • I had the same problem. You either have to wait until the ink runs out and the printer prompts you to change the cartridge.

If you want to change it before it has completely run out, check the manual. There are some buttons you have to push on the printer menu to get it to work.

  • Thanks for your input.

  • hi, I love EPSON printers also. I know you can print form any computer in the network but, can you also scan documents to any computer from the network and what about reading the memory cards, can you do that from any of the pc's in the network... please let me know.

  • epson is the only brand of printers i buy and there great

  • You know my first printer ever was an epson and I loved it. After using their newer printers I was not happy so I switched to HP, now I tried this one and once again I'm a fan. I love this printer.

  • very good video (Y). One ask i see that this printer have Two-sided printing but, have this printer Two-sided scaning??

  • Thank you, I checked but no only printing has a 2 sided function.

  • Nice review - I want to buy one of these (may well do it in the next few days, but one thing that really concerns me is clogging. People had a LOT of trouble with C series printers (that used the DuraBrite inks), and I'm wondering if it's going to be the same story with the workforce printers.

Also, have you run into any problems with paper jams using the ADF?

  • Thanks for your comment. I have been using this printer for about a month and I print all the time. It has no paper jams and works very good. I'm very happy with it.

  • Thanks for your response - I picked one up yesterday at a good sale price. So far it seems fairly decent. My only criticism so far is that the paper feed mechanism is a bit loud. I did notice some banding in one of the prints, but it's probably just a matter of understanding how to use it effectively. On the plus side, it replaced three separate components- the integration is very nice.

  • Thank you for your comment. I have not had any problems and it prints really good. I'm still using the factory ink that comes with the unit.

  • Thanks for the view, can you help me more:

    1. do you know the different between 610 and 600 models?

    2. will this printer work with XP-Pro 64-bits OS?

    3. Does this printer do duo side printing and print on CDs or DVDs?

    thanks again....

  • I'm not sure about the difference between the 600 and the 610. It will work with the 64bit OS and it does have double sided printing.

  • No differences at all between the WF600 and WF610. I work for Epson as a representative and from the info material I receive is the WF610 now allows you to setup the printer wirelessly without having to connect the cat 5 or or install the software CD.

Basically automatic WiFi setup without needing the USB cables or Cat 5 cable. And no installation CD is need to setup machine.

  • Thanks for your input, I'm sure it will help others.

  • Thank you for the great review Aramis!

I just want to make a small correction. You specified several times that you have to hook up the USB cable in order to scan to a computer. This is untrue. I have the printer sitting in my closet and can scan and print wirelessly from any of my PCs.

Maybe earlier versions of the driver didn't allow you to scan but it defiantly works for me.

And to confirm what you said about win 7 compatibility, the driver works flawlessly on Windows 7 RC, 64 bit.

  • Thank you I appreciate your comment and input. I will test it out since I cannot scan without the cable. I can add the printer wirelessly and print but I have not been able to use any personal printer/scanner to scan without the usb cable. I will do a followup to this. Thanks.

  • You are right. I installed the printer with the wireless settings and you can scan without cables. You still have to put the document or photo in the scanner but scanning is wireless. Thanks again.

  • Thank you. I read in another review that this printer's FAX does not work with a digital phone line. Have you tested it on a digital line?

  • You're welcome, thanks for your comment, I appreciate it.

  • nice video

Its a nice printer thanks for showing it
