  • #6 wasn't een close

  • 5 was my best

  • 6 was safe!!!

  • Oregon and Utah baseball is godly compared to this haha

  • 5,2,1 were the only pretty good ones.

  • 6 was safe

  • in my fourth season i did a flip catch at shortstop

  • 6 was safe

  • #6 was safe by a mile that ref needs glasses

  • #6 was safe, bad call

  • #6 was safe by a mile. horrible call

  • some of the plays were pretty nice. #5 was pretty cool. But these weren't THAT nice.

  • All defensive plays? Apparently offense doesn't matter. Alrighty then...

  • I see better plays in my little brothers pee wee games

  • wow number 8 was impressive. i couldn't do that even if played baseball and did he die?

  • iv made better plays, nuff said

  • How Are You Going To Say That Number 6 Was Out?!.. jesus christ.

  • At number 1 the slide after hiis catch was better

  • 1:25 now you know ump's are NOT getting paid

  • i can only imagine the rest of the plays in the league if these were the best..

  • FAKE!

  • #8. The hardest catch in baseball. Kudos to that kid.

  • I believe that maybe 3 of them would have made it to a highlight clip if I was making it. The triple play, and the #1 play. The other one would possibly be the third to home for the out but there were nothing special about the rest of the plays. #10 looked halfway decent except for the first baseman did not try to make a play on the ball. He could have circled the wagons and started the fire and get set up underneath it compared the second baseman having to dive for it.

  • Um..... number 6. Was the ump looking, or did I miss something?

  • that pitcher catch was bad ass the others were so so.

  • is this jv or something..?

  • How is #6 a web gem? Umpire missed that one.

And, #3 wasn't one. F5 booted it and got a stupid runner trying to go too far with just an ordinary throw.

  • #6 is safe thats stupid!!!

  • what was so good about #3 all the catcher had to do was practicly stay still on base and just keep his glove down

  • #8 could be caught be a 6 year old

  • #6 wasnt safe he didnt tag base to popkwiz99. p.s. i am a guy

  • im friken 13 and i can play better than this only pretty good plays were #2 and #5

  • im friken 13 and i can play better than this

  • These are pathetic

  • #5was nicer than 1

  • #6 was soo safe and #2 was probably the only decent play. what kind of top ten is this?

  • the only play that took skill was #5

  • 1:18 was safe was the blind?

  • These are shit

  • my 7 year old cousin did better then this when he missed the ball

  • top 10? i do this in golf and the 2 sports arent even related.

  • Top ten...more like bottom of a million.

  • Comment removed

  • #5 should have been #1

  • i have seen way better plays. aand #6 was safe by a mile.

  • Ive made way better plays.....and im in USSSA

  • If you play baseball or are interested in it I would reccomend to follow BaseballQs on twitter. Its a page where they ask questions about baseball such as what's your strike out pitch and hear everyone's opinion, but the only way to hear peoples thoughts is to have alot of people join. Please spread this message around

  • 6 was a horrible call

  • #3 was just an error than a base running mistake not really a high light

  • #9 that wasnt an amazing play, that was self defense

  • i have made 10 plays better than all of those and i just finished my freshman year....these plays suck

  • @MrDtrick11 shut up. Fucken freshman.

  • wtf dude our team did this in practice fucking around...top ten for a mental team maybe.... and yes agreed with everyone....6 was safe

  • #6 was safe

  • WTF NUMBER 6! JIM JOYCE DUDE!

  • every one of these plays are plays that are suppose to be made. lol routine to the fullest for good teams

  • kansas and missouri have nothing on california high schools

  • #6 was safe BY A LOT!!!

  • Great now i have to keep watching to see number 6

  • 6 he was safe by a mile

  • Wtf . . . i typed in 'steroid abuse' and this sport (whatever sport it is) came up . . . after further research it seems you have to be retarded to watch it !!

  • #6 he was safe

  • 1 2 and 5 were the only real impreesive ones

  • is it me or does it seem like the only good ones were #'s 5,2, and 1. i mean, come on, they pretty much put number six in slow motion so you could see just how safe he was

  • #2 was incredible

  • # 6 was safe by a mile

  • #8 was retarted lol

  • those were all not that impresive at all... and the one where he threw the guy out at home he was safe by 3 feet

  • #1 was probly your son or something, suckeddd

  • #5 and #1 were the only good plays

  • #2 double play should have been the #1 web gem

  • wasnt #2 a triple play? O.o

  • @wtiskewl118 lol u sound dumb. there was only a guy at first and the batter

  • #6... the empire doesnt care about the game, he cares about the money he's going to make after the game.

  • #6...that umpire suck balls dude he was safe by a mile...i would of been in my dougout by then..terrible call

  • Number 6 the runner could of been to HIS home before the catcher call him. Bad call For The Fail

  • 5 Umpire is out - SS interfierience :PPPP

  • LOOK UP PERRINE BASEBALL ADRIEN#24

  • #1 was more of a tripping fall catch not diving haha

  • those are worm up plays haha...but the last one was pretty beast i guess

  • these are like routine plays on my team, Cali Baseball All Day!!

  • you guys goomba!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 1 missouri team, and they're from kc, dislike x 400

  • #2 was way better than #1 and #6 shouldn't even be on the defensive highlight real that dude was safe

  • worst call ever on play number 6

  • every catcher in this video is terrible... the diving catches were average, and number 6?! are you kidding? nothing impressive happened on that play, 1 run scored and i give the second baseruner all the credit for being that close to scoring from second on that ball... this video is sad...

  • weak ass web gems. this was average plays for my high school team

  • this is a joke...

  • the diving catches were on easy pop-ups, they are just to slow to get to it so they have to dive. Number 2 was the best overall. I want to kick you in the throat for putting number 8 on there, at a high school level thats a routine fly out, I played for Middle school a while back and our 1st baseman caught a foul ball 2' over the fence.

  • #2 and #5 were sweet

  • i thought #2 was the best until i saw #1. yep, they got it right.

  • I can make the #8 play in my sleep

  • number siz=x the runner at home was safe

  • im from missouri, and we DEF have better ballplayers than this

  • These plays are absolutely ridiculous. Half of these I see every game I play in.

  • @MJB37 all umpires little league, pony league, high school, SEC and WAC in college suk

  • wait this is college, my high school team makes some of these plays regularly

  • #6, safe by about 4 feet and I liked player #5 as the top play of them all. Amazing jumo, great range and difficult slice on the ball to get that one.

  • How was the runner on #6 out, Did he not touch the plate?

  • The baserunner in #4 is an idiot

  • bad.

  • they should have known better than to put #6 as a web gem when he was obviously safe.

  • triple was the only "web gem" the rest i do as a freshman..

  • I play base

ball in the Pacific league in California and we make these teams and these plays look like tee ball

  • 5,2, and 1 are the only actual difficult plays that were made. the rest are average

  • #6. That was the worst call by an ump i think i have ever seen

that player was a good half second safe

  • #6 has gotta be safe...

  • 6,4, & 2 That's legit! The running catch (from first base to the fence), I see that like everyday. Nothing really great about that, Sorry

  • As a pitcher for 10 years... #9 was more or less self defense. However, to have the state of mind to throw to first base and complete the double play is still impressive. Good job my man.

  • ummmmmmmmm how does a nice triple play in the junior leagues sound .....alot of these were not that good

  • I see #9 often at my school.

  • #5 should be #3

  • #6=SAFE

  • on number 6 he was safe by a mile.

  • @chicoswava22 Dude That wasnt even close! im a proffesional umpire, he was so safe! That guy has been totally bribed!

  • @chicoswava22 he was only out because it is illegal to dive headfirst into homeplate. So yeah, fuck that was the stupidest shit i've ever seen

  • @chicoswava22 yeah that play wasnt even close lol wtf.

  • @chicoswava22

    a mile and a half

  • @chicoswava22 the umpire was in the wrong position to see this play.. and all of the plays at home in these videos actually. He would have gotten a better view if he was 3rd base extended like you are supposed to be.

  • @chicoswava22 hell yeah! idk where the ump was lookin there but that dude was safe no question

  • @chicoswava22 exactly why umpires suck.

  • @chicoswava22 half of his body crossed the plate b4 the catcher tagged him terrible call by umpire

  • @chicoswava22 Yeah the slo mo just proved that, so stupid of them haha

  • @chicoswava22 how the hell could he even think about calling him out? his hand was in there a good 5 minutes before the tag!

  • @chicoswava22 the umpire might have thought he didnt get his arm in because the catcher blocked the plate...but still you should be able to make the right call

  • #6 was definitely safe...

  • gotta love kids from nowheresville bragging about how they are varsity in some division thats never seen anyone get drafted

  • why the hell do they get such nice fields? they are terrible.

  • 2:15 he was safe by a mile

  • This is the best that Missouri and Kansas have to offer? Each of these plays was just barely above routine. Maybe this explains the Royals...

  • @xsummerangl16x Number #2 is routine? Okay...

  • @xsummerangl16x all of these plays are "easier said than done".

  • @xsummerangl16x so pros get on espn for plays like number 5,2, and 1 and you cant give these HIGH SCHOOL kids a break?

  • @xsummerangl16x haha ya....ohios way btr

  • @xsummerangl16x are you shitting me? numbers 5, 2, and 1 would have been on espn top ten.. your a dumbass

  • @xsummerangl16x yes, things like this happen every single game.

  • 10) Didn't dive, caught and fell

    9) Ordinary line drive to pitcher, nothing special

    8) Routine

    7) Diving catch, good play, but nothing special.

    6) Runner was safe so it doesn't even count

    5) So far the only play worth watching, but still nothing special.

    4) Runner shouldn't of went home, its an ordinary 6-4-3 double play, nothing special.

    3) Didn't field it clean, and make a accurate 90 foot throw. Why is this on here?

    2) Glove flip, cool, but again, not spectacular.

    1) Diving catch *yawn*

  • @MrFitz182 u do this then and put up a video

  • #2 he would have been save if he ran all the way through and didnt try to jump on the bag1

  • i think for #6 he was safe lol

  • @element492 He was safe by a mile..stupid ump

  • Most of these are just your standard divin catch plays... That triple play was pretty cool, and that guy was safe at home, but still nothin special in these plays

  • #8 should have been #10 at least it wasn't THAT exciting

  • lovin that triple play!..Lol

  • these aren't very special

  • those are some damm nice high school fields

  • most of the money spent making this vid was used to bribe the umpires i mean wtf ump how was he out on #6?!?

  • these plays are not that good...

  • No.2 was pretty cool, but the rest of those so called diving catches were more like falling down catches. No. 6, poor guy got ripped of, and they even showed it in slow mo so as to make it a badass play, but proved that he was safe!! Just about all of it was stil regular high school plays. Nothing special!

  • that wasn't a number one

  • Some of these weren't that good, especially number 6. His stomach was already on the base by the time he got tagged

  • out by a mile on #6

  • these are plays you could see at any highschool baseball game...

  • Does anyone else hear someone say "We're gonna be cool" at the begginning?

  • whst up with #8???

  • @thescatman1000 If you've ever played baseball you would know that that catch is really hard.

  • @Falcon4221 at the end it kinda just looked like he walked to it

  • @Falcon4221 ya i agree i play first base and a lot of people would say that is routine but it really isn't its very difficult

  • all these are from like the same 3 high schools...

  • i think #5 made me jizz

  • yeah number 6 was the shittiest call ever

  • these kind of play......very sample in japanese high school baseball, even in little league

  • Those are all good highlights, but I think there are at least 2-3 in this video that shoulda made the top 10: /watch?v=5sx25nbhUEs

  • i think number 2 is better then number 1

  • What's the music on this?

  • 5 and 1 were the only really good ones for me the rest sucked. how can u even make such a bad call for #6

  • Most of these plays are commonplace in almost any high school game. And clearly #6 was an absolutely awful call lol.

  • 5 and 3 should be switched

  • kid kicks the ball on #3 and the guy runs when he shouldnt? not that good.. shouldnt be #3

  • i play highschool baseball. my coach was skeptical on playing me because i never played little league. i was too poor. i was forced to sit last season out because i got a severe concussion. but this year im gonna play my hardest and safest and hopefully start because our only senior graduated and he was a center-fielder. i am to. last year we got to the section championship game but we lost and we were tied for 2nd place in our league

  • Dude im starting varsity short stop as a freshman.

  • @TexasRangerFan7 yea well my coach is also a douchebag who wouldnt let me play in the games i could of played in because i wasnt origonaly from the town. but i have a cannon for an arm. i can throw the farthest out of everyone on the team but then again i got injured...

  • @TexasRangerFan7 dang man you must be the most amazing ball player ever....hahahahah

  • I say my team should be on here somewhere...but the entire last inning of the 2009 Texas State Championship. Down 1-3 in the bottom of the ninth, only to come back and win 4-3. Greatest moment of my whole life.

  • I hate those cocky umps that make bad calls just to get attention

  • Pause at 1:25

  • #6 was safe?

  • #6 WTF?

  • #6 SUPER SAFE!!!

  • did he seriously call him out on #6?

  • number six was safe
