Slo broke 16.1. Port boat was set on a non colision course. Slo tacked and moved too agressive and he almost did not leave enough time for the other boat to tack away and keep clear. Green flag also good. But pen 10 = no way.

SLO for sure, he breaks rule 16.1 and moves to fast to his opponent so he almost didnt have tima to responce to his movement.

I would say green, as SLO, after he estabilished collision course, did avoid collision. No collision no flag.

But IF flag this would go to SLO

He establish the collison course, Trujillo do his best to keep clear.

I would vote for green flaq, as Vincec avoited contact laterly.

But when someone is to flaq its for sure Vincec cause of Rule 16.1.
