@TheOneGreatSaiyaman Its called shield dropping. Try it yourself. Do a backflip and take out a bombchu and then shield in quick succession before you land. It will blow up.

Using RBA (Reverse Bottle Adventure) depending on your strength upgrade when you take the bottle that's on B with a fish in it, or something like that, it magically gives you "Golden" gauntlets of bronze, blue, green, or black. Bronze if you already have gold, blue for silver, green for goron bracelet, and black for none. AKA Kazooie on this file skipped all strength upgrades. look up how ^^

@CaptainX24 I'd say it's just a cool glitch. I GUESS it could sort of help you get to the Spirit Temple as a kid early if you have trouble with going the exact path the poe shows you as an adult, but it would cost you tons of bombchus, so it wouldn't really be worth it.
