@wabitgirl good call i recently converted over to magic as well like a month ago plus u get paid on the pro circuit. ya top at a sjc what to ya get? a trophy and some cards. ya top at a pro tour what do ya get ? enough money to pay ya rent for about a year . makes sense which card game is better.

You're somewhat correct and somewhat wrong, when you play do you think ahead? Predict their next 2-3 turns? Or do you just play on what you see, "average" players play on what they see, what they can do to take life points and what not, but the "pro's" don't make certain plays that look stupid because it'll lead to their advantage in 2-3 turns, notice how a lot of pro games only last 4-5 turns anyway.

SG 2 players go from anywhere from 225-300. I paid 250 for one of mine and I'm selling a different one to a friend for 200 because the designs are slightly worn.

However, to build a good deck, it doesn't cost that much. The top decks right now really don't cost all that much. Plus if you're a good trader you shouldn't have much problem getting anything you need. That's how I got everything I have, now I only buy cards once in a long while.

congrats at winning at locals....but thats not saying much if anything. Play a yugioh pro and you will get torn apart no question. It is true you can pick up on the game quickly, but getting good at it you are very wrong about.

Yeah true. The one thing I've always hated about yugioh though is how all the fucking rich kids get all the best cards and kick everybody else's asses. They're always the super prickish one's that are like "hey I'm better than you because my dad earns .9 billion dollars every 1/4 second and I (my dad) can buy a shit ton of shiny pieces of cardboard.
