People say they have seen cruelty at other egg farms, but the truth is if they were showing those same chickens with some sad music and zoomed in on the one dead chicken "out of 10,000" they would cry foul.

I've seen videos of cruel conditions at egg farms, and it's a shame those places give a black eye to the entire industry. Something needs to be done to the places that practice cruelty, without hurting good farms that don't practice cruelty.

Thanks Jill for showing us how it's done. I attended the seminar at the church in Modesto where HSUS president Wayne Pacelle flew out from DC to go up against you and the local Vet.

I admire you for standing up against the "animal rights" folks to save your business. Who wants filthy eggs from Mexico or China when fresh clean food eggs are available produced under modern facilities such as yours. HSUS is obviously trying to close down egg farms in CA. All for Waynes life style????

Awesome Video we need to get a lot more of uneducated people to watch videos like these so that they may be informed of how good california farming operations work because the farming operations they show us on commercial and other PETA type VIDEOS are the worst of the worst farming operations.

Thanks Jill. We need more of this from egg producers to help counter the onesided discussion on groups that are supporting Prop 2. This is real helpful and I hope other family farmers get invovled in this way.

I learned a lot on this video. Thanks for sharing your farm, it is very clean. I hope my eggs are always produced by a farmer like you. I don't want my food imported. China can't even make safe dog food, how can they make people food safely?

Interesting stuff. I have never been to a chicken farm before but I must say your birds are very clean and content. You must be doing something right or there wouldn't be any eggs produced. Keep up the good work, I feel better knowing a woman like you is producing my eggs. The thought of my eggs coming from Mexico scares the heck out of me. I appreciate farmers like you who have the insight to change with the times so we have enough food to feed our people.
