GTA IV is one year and one month, Pretty much the same for Red Dead Redemption, I'm worried that we're gonna have to wait a full year to play GTA V. But That trailer was released in November just like LA Noire and that game came out in May. So I pray to God that GTA V will be out in April or May as well.

There is a man nailing in a for sale sign the sign has a date 5/25 tht can be a possible relese date, The Trailer for LA noire was released November 11th 2010 (My Birthday) and release May 17,2011 in the US so is we recieved the GTA V trailer in November then its possible that we can get the game in may of 2012.
