  • I dont understand how this is something to make a big deal about i understand she is only 7 and this might seem like they over reacted but really its just a lemonade stand calm the fuck down just because it gets shut down doesnt mean the world is going to stop..

  • Why do you need a permit to sell lemonade as a kid? I mean any fucking retard knows its made by children so there is a slight chance its a bit dirty or tastes a little off, you buy at your own expensive now right? Why does the government need to hold our hand every step of the way? NO!@!!!! You can't buy lemonade from a stance without a permit!!!!! It COULD be dangerous!!!!! You are just a citizen, you can't handle that responsibility!!! Now get in line with the rest of the sheeple!!!!!

  • Poor intersection is now suddenly a health hazzard? A city person walks around cars and along busy intersections every day, is that considered a health hazard? America is so fucking pussyfied, its unbelievable. They say my country has become a nanny state (Netherlands) but compared to the USA this is a haven of free enterprise, joy and common sense.

  • Is this for real... Come on

  • -.- she's a minor. I heard they were gonna put her on trial as an adult.

  • So if the problem was that the little girl was on a street corner with no curb and no gutter, shouldn't the Code Enforcement Officer have cited the City?

  • Now that's child abuse.

  • making money for HERSELF to me thats a business. not for a "good cause" like the video says good causes are for others not for yourself. all businesses require permits just cause she is a little girl makes no difference.

  • Why would you leave your kid alone on a busy street corner away from home? This isn't the 1950's anymore.....

  • @IntenseClan1

Clean up your mouth, or don't have kids for life (a.k.a. get your crotch mutilated by a hawk). Which do you want, Junior?

  • 2 DOLLARS A GLASS!!!!! OUT FUCKING RAGOUS!!!!!!

  • Yeah real dangerous..

  • I sense the lack of common sense here.

  • fucking hilarious

  • @chieftp what if she was black or Mexican???why white I'm just asking no offense

  • can't they just make an exception for this one pretty white girl? the law shouldn't apply to everyone. seriously, do you want the law enforced or not? how is this even close to "police abuse?"

  • @chieftp obvious troll is obvious

  • ....for a lemonade stand??? what next??? do kids have to get a Building permit

for sand castles??? what a fucking dickhead!

  • Yeah. And while the police were dealing with this girl, another little girl got raped two blocks down. Fuck the police.

  • 2.00 a glass? dang i only sell mine for 25 cents and people give me like 5.00 for one!

  • God bless these cops for protecting this girl. That intersection was NOT appropriate for a 7 year old to be sitting. Residential areas are fine for lemonade stands, with tall curbs and 30 mph speed limit. This was a very busy intersection....put a sign at the busy intersection with an arrow pointing to your street.

  • Im surprised they didn't take 50% of all profits..

  • So teach her to pose and moan and then you get free stuff? Way to go Dad!

  • maybe if they asked her to move it somewhere safer if they didn't want her to sell it at the intersection or infront of her house

  • fuck if i try to sell lemonade and my stand got shut down no one will give a shit :(

  • I can see the problem if she was by a bust intersection unsupervised, but if her parents were close-by, there should be no problem.

  • Yup...the CITY shutting down her stand is the cop's fault.

  • At least they didnt taze her...

  • Cute little angel :)

She probably ran out of lemonade and the cop arrived thirsty and when he was told that he'd have to wait for the next batch, he decided to shut down the stand in anger. Dick.

  • @AnthraxPG So you make a idiotic, baseless comment, and assume it to be true? You're stupid.

  • @lauraleesmithagain @tejanochris @MerryGoFuckYourself I'm sure 100's of cars crash at that intersection hourly!!! The goverment MUST be correct in controlling where, how, why, when and to who she sells her wares to. And god knows they have to get that $25 permit fee. After all, they have to be sure and collect the correct amount of taxes to pad their pockets with. We must all bow to the goverment!!! All of ya, go fuck yerselves.

  • @outlawracer2229 lol if you had even read my comment properly you would see I wasn't advocating more government control or anything like that, merely commenting on how fickle the general public is when it comes to these sort of things. Instead you've just made yourself look like an anarchist nutjob who thinks that the New World Order is coming. You probably wear tin foil on your head so the government mind readers can't get into your brain, not that there would be much to learn. Fucking idiot

  • @MerryGoFuckYourself Your the fuckin moron for thinking it's not coming. Wake up and smell the coffee douchebag.

  • The funny thing is if that kid had got creamed by a motorist all the fickle morons here bashing the cops would probably be screaming bloody murder about why they didn't shut the lemonade stand down.

  • @MerryGoFuckYourself You took the words right out of my mouth. They were protecting her and her dad. As for the permit- People have to understand that this was in a way her dad's business because she obviously wasn't allowed to sell at an intersection to strangers alone. So it's possible they first thought she was just a cute tool her dad used to sell glasses. Here in NYC I've seen obvious junkies use little kids to illegally sell things on the subway.

  • @lauraleesmithagain exactly.

  • The main concern was the safety of the child. Who puts a child in danger to sell lemonade. You can tell by looking at the video that any car loosing control could have tragic results. I dont mind a child learning about the dollar, but come on why risk their safety.

  • I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF THEY DID A SWAT RAID ON HER LEMONADE STAND. "GET ON THE FLOOR LITTLE BITCH AND TAKE THIS BEATDOWN"

  • what the fuck is a permit?

  • They had a point it's not police brutality lol.... Punk

  • @TheJbaldy100 why call the guy a punk? he just made a comment about the video your wrong for that. there could have been a override of the permit because she is a child and at least she isn't selling dope on the corner.sometimes it doesn't hurt to over look a small item like this but big brother always looking over our shoulder.

  • wtf, that poor little kid.. This just made me face palm.

  • a court hearing for selling lemonade.....oh.my.god

  • ...HA

  • she is so cute. you go girl

  • hell i would left her there get run over and then.... wait there is no then after that huh?

  • who care's about murderers, rapists and drug dealers we got to save people from lemonade

  • They shut down a 7-yr-old's lemonade stand because it was "at a busy intersection" & she "didn't have a permit?" Really? Did they not have something far more important to tend to than mess with a little girl learning the value of an honest dollar? Were crimminals taking the day off? What really happened; Did the little girl refuse to give them free lemonade? Will kids selling car washes get tickets now? Should we warn Girl Scouts they might be arressted for selling thin mints? FTP

  • i work as a public safety officer and let me tell you that a 7 year old's lemonade would be of no concern to me unless she was the victim of something. but harrass a 7 year old for selling lemonade? shees you got to be freaking kidding me. and by the way i love lemonade!!! yeah and with a glazed donut as well. im not ashamed to say i like donuts, shees its part of a complete breakfast.

  • the only logical explanation i can see is that this little girl's lemonade stand was putting the cop's coffee shops out of business!.. i guess cops have absolutely nothing better to do?.. they should be taking criminals off the streets, instead of a child's lemonade stand..

  • Obviously shes a dangerous person and we must regulate these possibly deadly lemonade stands.

  • I'm really suprised they did not cuff her and put her away until she's 18!!!

  • On the side of a super busy highway!!! Glad they told her to leave, dangerous!!

  • Lmao!!

Only a dumb redneck would do that to a little girl.

If you agree with the actions of that police officer then you're just as ignorant and irresponsible as him.

Cops are cowards, thats what they are trained to be. Paranoid cowards who harrass little girls.

And if anyone wants to respond to my comment, don't bother because i won't be looking for your reply.

  • @blowmelarsonlarson You're right actually :)

  • $2 a glass! fuck off

  • $2 a glass! DAMN, hustler.

  • fucking child labour laws should have jailed the father putting his daughter out on a busy intersection so he could gain from it aswell tax free, install a work ethic my arse how what does he want here to work as a drug runner

  • Go to your address bar, after the word YOU and before the word TUBE, type in "win" then press enter" Post on any videos below.

  • the chemtrails are much more dangerous to the little girl

  • it is obvious on how dumb people are like her parents who dont know anything about procedures, the police have done right and im glad the lemonade stand is shut down UNTIL procedures are met

  • @floridaman2000 I kinda agree, cops are def outa line most of the time in these videos. I don't kiss cop ass I think a lot of them are scum, but this little girl shouldn't be outside on the road like this, at least not without adult supervision.

  • @HistorysMysterys i have nothing against the girl selling lemonade I encourage it, i just would like for her to have a permit for it and in a safe place with her parents THAT i feel is the right way

  • Look, they didn't tell her she couldn't sell lemonade. They told her she couldn't sell it THERE. I don't know why this got brought to the city council. Gah, take the girl to Disney Land instead of the city council. I blame the parents.

  • I felt a tear coming on, after the reporter said she was selling it for a "Good cause" and then the little girl started saying how Disney land was fun..So I thought she was gonna say trying to help send poor kids there...but she was trying to send her self..that really count as a "Good cause" ?

  • WOOOOOOOOOW YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME! LMFAO!

  • "Hi there little Suzy. You selling lemonaide? You got a permit? No?" (to SWAT team) "Take her out." BANG

  • The cop just wanted a free glass of lemonaide and was pissed when she told him to get in line and pay for it like everone else! Same thing happened to me. The little girl is lucky she didn't get tazered. She got off easy. Must have had a P.B.A. card.

  • these permit laws were made to regulate Mexicans sealing orenges. and when it hits white America it becomes a big deal.

  • haha making ur kid work for a fucking disney trip.

  • Haha what a nice radio station!

  • So lemme get this straight...you need a Permit...For Frackin' LEMONADE?!

  • OH NOES! MONEY IS GOING TO HER AND NOT TO A GOVERNMENT BUSINESS! WE MUST SHUT IT DOWN.

Fuck the Government, and fuck the Police!

  • lol But they let Julio sell his oranges without an issue.

  • Screw the nanny-state.

You've got police closing down kids lemonade stands, you've got that dumpy bulldyke bitch berrating you on TV screens in slave-mart, you've got TSA physically violating you groping your genitals in public ... and this is just the start.

    .

How are those chains resting on your shoulders now America?

  • @LemmingHerda lol yeah, we're completely fucked to be honest! Your profile says you live in New Zealand so I guess you're pretty sheltered when it comes to the shit thats going down over here.

  • FUCK DA PO-LICE!!! they're beating bitches up!!! putting the innocent in jail!! and... dare i say... shutting down our lemonade stands?!??! WE WON'T STAND FOR IT!!!

  • Only after she agreed to give 90% of her earnings to Israel was she allowed to reopen her thriving business.

  • Ohh come on. When it read the title of the video I thought they had shut it down with force or whatever. But they just told her in a friendly way not to do it there, and promised to find an other opportunity. So please calm down.

  • hahaha that sucks shes not even tall enought to look over the damn podioum FUCKING cops lol shouldnt they be out looking for murders and drug dealers DUDE i saw like 4 cars in this video with tinted windows isnt that illegal too hahaha gosh

  • FUCK THE PO PO

  • Wow, I am amazed by all the posts supporting this city council. You want a seven year old to obtain a permit and health regulations for a fucking lemonade stand? Really? Get of your high horse and go choke on a dick, fuckwits.

  • @etrle I agree the permit thing is stupid, however if the intersection really is that dangerous she should at least relocate. If anyone hopped that curb that girl would be crushed. Other than that she wasn't doing anything wrong.

  • @etrle they gave her disneyland passes. She was selling lemonade at a busy intersection. I forsure would not want the stupid cars around me rubbernecking to see why everyone was stopping around the intersection. You're missing the point. There are little kids selling flowers so their parents can get their H fix for the day. If you let one child do it, then you let them all. Law is about consistency and there are child labor laws. The city realized this was an exception so they gave her ticks

  • @etrle It's a fucking lemonade stand, not a restaraunt. Fucking bureaucratic bullshit.

  • I'm amazed the pigs didn't taze her.

  • @AkiraFist hahahahaha

  • wow, even police (pigs) cant tell the difference between a lemonade stand and a store!

  • Why the hell are you guys so mad at the police shutting down the stand? Its obvious that the police have to enforce the law. If they don't then what are they for? The police can't show favor-ism on that girl just because shes a kid because everyone is suppose to be treated the same under the law. Don't have the police, hate the law.

  • @Saepokegai only in america. american police and judges are corrupt to the core. they're also cowards they like to attack kids. they all should be sterilized and not allowed to have children.

  • @Saepokegai She is 7! She probably wanted to sell lemonade like every child would want to. What law was she breaking?! Tell me!

  • @demonangel918 Yes, I am aware that she is 7 and that she has a good reason for selling lemonade. However, law is law. She was selling in the public without a license and she also needed a permit due to health concerns. The law varies depending on the city. It is listed in the municipal code.

  • @Saepokegai There is something as the spirit of the law. We are humans right? Don't we have this thing, you know, its called REASONING capabilities? The thing that separates humans from computers is that humans can think in nuances, a computer can only think in 0's and 1's. A computer follows mindless protocol. Are we computers? Are we mindless followers of protocol? If we see someone jumping a red light but he is driving a dying person to the hospital do you arrest him? I thought law was law?

  • its not illegal to have a lemonade stand without a permit you idiots

  • No business permit, no health permit, the premises is not zoned for commercial use, no professional training, no taxes paid on any of her income, and in violation of child labor laws. Good thing she's just a kid, or she'd be in serious trouble.

  • @animalcrosser591 you're an idiot

  • @PanzerBlitz43

    Chill, I was only kidding.

  • That dad looks like a peedo

  • $ for the officer, $ for the county commissioners, $ for the tv station, $ for the permit, all she wanted was to go to freakin disneyland

  • ...alright I'll be the bad guy... No she should not have been on that intersection... I'm sure the parents would've sued the crap out of somebody if they had accidentally hit her... about the business permit... that's just stupid I mean come on its a lemonade stand. I demand she lower her prices tho! I'm not paying 2 bux for a glass of lemonade some 7 year old made. She should've just stayed in her yard selling it for 50 cents a glass like we did. Price gouging kid.

  • @beckasha83how could they accidentally hit her, its not like she was standing in the middle¬.¬......, ugh yunoe what i cant even be bothered to continue,.... fuckin douche

  • what a lil sweetheart, made tears come to my eyes, FUCK ANTI LEMONADE POLICE!!!

  • her parents should have been arrested for letting theyre kid operate a lemonade stand without a business permit!!

  • shes only 7 YEARS OLD. dumbass cop. nothin better to do, no argument.

  • what does this have to do with the police?

  • This doesn't look like police abuse to me, it actually looks like reasonably good policing. This shouldn't be listed as police abuse; there's real abuse out there but this isn't it.

  • @tangent272 yes. the guy who makes these video's is an idiot. He shows tons of crap like this and crys police brutality. Some of his video's I'll give you are abuse. But most of the ones I've seen aren't. he's just out to give cops a bad name. Probably cause the guy got a ticket for speeding and is now hating cops.

  • they were probably just concerned that she was gonna get kidnapped and raped or something. think outside the box people

  • Yeah, going to disney land is a good cause. If she was saving kittens from ditches or something, then I would be on her side. Plus, sitting on that kinda intersection is gonna get her hurt at some point.

  • @BlahBlah5649 notice she also went and cried and acted all cute to make sure she got what she wanted? I agree this isn't police brutality, and the little girl should not have been on the damn corner, but being a spoiled brat she got what she wanted (oo now I really sound like the bad guy)

  • wow 30 glasses of lemonade for a pass for disney land

  • duh its illegal. how they gonna tax lemonade stands?

  • @idkidcsn haha so true

  • why is everyone raisin hell they said if she wasnt on that busy corner she would have been ok

  • @vada2000 people tend to just ignore that part. Most probably didn't even watch the video they just got on to bash police

  • thats rude

  • WITHOUT A PERMIT AHHAH... oh thats good. anyways, ive never gone to disney and it hasnt had any af KILL KILL KILL MURDER PPILLAGE!!

  • lol u cant slang product on these corners!!! yall freaking no job, drug dealing criminals aint wanted round here!!!!

Welcome to USA (Under Strict Authority)

  • what ? what someone does for a profession is their choice the govt cant just say if you want to be a retailer, no you cant....Its called capitalism anyone can open a business or sell or make things its a FREE MARKET you fucking moron.....

  • @MrAntiamerica SEEEMS LIKE SOVIET UNION AND CUBA. I AM SCARE.

    PEACE

  • @MrAntiamerica yes it's a free market....which is why the police told her to do it on her own property and it was ok. They just don't want her doing it in a busy intersection...that the city owns and can tell who ever they want to leave.

  • Great another corrupt motherfucker acting like god and then the Gov. protects the asswipe by giving a fake reason for someone's "saftey" everytime the Gov. says it's for you're saftey they're tyring get more power over you're life.

  • that's what you get for selling lemonade w/o a permit.

  • I dont understand why they didnt jail her O yea and fine her and her parents.

  • that is a seperate instance and yet they didnt close that girls lemonade stand down for her saftey....what do you have to say about that ass hole looks like they arent doing this for "our own good" but just because they want to assert their power....

  • here is a quote for you

Last week health officials in Portland, Ore., shut down 7-year-old Julie Murphy's lemonade stand and threatened her with a $500 fine for not having a $120 temporary restaurant license. Murphy's stand was selling 50-cent cups of Kool-Aid at an art fair, according to The Oregonian .

  • @MrAntiamerica I like how you selectively tell stories. Did you just decide not to include the part where they decided not to close or charge the girl for her stand but later apologized. It was a heath inspectors request not the police and it was done because they felt her stand wasn't sanatiry. The police reversed the health inspectors decision and allowed her to continue. Hmm once again sounds like the police helped this girl out maybe you should hate heath inspectors not police LOL

  • @Kartracer6 but it was just another example of how our govt is fucking us over, and they are even going after our children....at least this time they admitted they were wrong.

  • @MrAntiamerica no it's not. The articale is an example of a confusement. In that article the parents even admit they understood why the health officer did what he did. He was worried about the sanitation of her stand. It happens and it was just a confusement and the officers appoligized. But people like you just sit and hold it over their head and won't let it go because your so quick to wanna trash any type of athority. With out athority our country would be in mass chaos.

  • @Kartracer6 so you are glad that they are enforcing these laws for the 7 year old but the big corporations and large food producers, with their violations generally get away with it while people get sick....show me one lemonade state that made some one sick over the accounts of people getting sick from bad ecoli meat or other tainted food from the REAL companies....

BUT GOOD THING THEY ARE PUTTING THE SQUEEZE ON THE LITTLE PEOPLE, WHILE THE BIG CRIMINALS RUN FREE......

  • @MrAntiamerica What the heck does ecoli have to do with keeping a 7 year old from getting hit by a car on a dangerous intersection. From your comment what your basically saying is that since some of these big companies have found ways to get around the system perhaps we should just let the rest get away with it. So if I get caught for speeding I should argue because tons of other people were speeding and they didn't get caught.

  • @Kartracer6 no we dont let the others get away with it but we focus on the people who present the most potential harm.

If you were going with the flow of traffic and they picked you out, then yes i would say fight the ticket....otherwise you knew the risk you were taking by driving fast, which is more dangerous than simply opening a lemon aid stand at the side of the street....think about it more people die from speeding cars than they do by selling lemonade

  • @Kartracer6 driving is a privilege not a right, to open your own business and run it how you like is a right....

  • @MrAntiamerica It's the same thing. If police could stop every speeder or every corrupt company they would problem is they can't. Owning a business is a privilage not a right...they can deny you a permit for business....but if you wanna say it was her right to own a business then fine...it was the governments right to kick her off their property. It's their property to do what they rightfully want to do with it. She can go to her own property and sell lemonade they said they didn't care.

  • How the fuck is this police brutality? Christ man, this kind of hysterical fearmongering just makes everyone commenting FUCK THE PIGS and similar shit look like a bunch of Downs babies. There wasn't even a cop in the video! Gimme a break.

  • @suumr This COPSOUTOFCONTROL guy just makes numerous videos and of the video's I've watched maybe 1 out of every 15 are really police brutality. It's just one more reason for these hippies to get on here and hate on cops. The reason they do it is probably because they got a ticket or something for breaking the law and now hate the cops for ticketing them.

  • @Kartracer6 Yeah... well, don't get me wrong, I'm all for accountability from our cops... watch the watchers and all that. So much of these videos are just trifling chickenshit, though. Absolutely fucking ridiculous that a video about a lemonade stand being shut down can invoke comments from retards like MrAntiamerica along the lines of killing cops in retaliation. Calling for reactionary violence completely out of proportion with the offense has no place here.

  • @suumr I agree. But sadly these people are the ignorance of the world and intelligent people like you and me have to put up with them. They wonder why cops react the way they do in dangourous situations? It's cause hippies who don't like athourity run around trying to hurt good cops. 2 thumbs up to your comment

  • This is why we must support FREEDOM by standing up for ourselves, and defending our selves from cops (even if it means KILLING them) when they infringe on our freedoms.

we must support freedom and when the us govt infringes on our freedom It is up to us to kill them, if they wont cease the unconstitutional practices.

support freedom kill cops and any other us govt personnel

  • Next we are going to be getting arrested for blinking the wrong way

  • This is a weak attempt by the parents. Seriously if it was her just doing it for a few days they probably wouldn't have done anything. Instead she is sitting on public property selling a profitable business thru her parents...not her. Ok then her parents used the 7 yo to get sympathy. Once again COPSOUTOFCONTROL you've proved to be ignorant and an idiot They where keeping her safe. Seriously what idiot parent lets their 7 year old stand on a major intersection to make money for their trip

  • @Kartracer6 yea what kind of parent wants to instill the fact that you have to work hard and earn money to get what you want...

go play mario kart you retarded piece of shit

  • @MrAntiamerica hey it's hippie tin foil hate boy again. The parent who probably would allow his kids to run around in the middle of a busy intersection. Seriously it's one thing to have a small little 1 week stand but 7 years and 2 dollars for a small cup of lemonade. This is turning into a business that most likely the parents are selling and using the kid as a publicity stunt to make getting caught look bad on the police. They are keeping her safe.

  • @Kartracer6 ARE YOU A FUCKING MORON EVEN WHEN I WAS A CHILD I WOULD DO THAT WHOLE LEMONADE STAND THING and NONE OF IT involves running around in the street, you are at the side of the road either on the side walk or the grass you fucking moron.

so are you against it because of the fact that she is charging $2? and that the parents did this to make the police look bad???? now who is the one with a tinfoil hat?

  • @Kartracer6 the police arent keeping her safe they are simply imposing their will on people who dont care to.

you are just a typical american bitch who is a hypocrite.... i guess its ok to be paranoid about regular citizens trying to make the police look bad.... but to assume that the govt and law enforcement does not have our best interest in mind makes me paranoid??? at least its proven through the govts and law enforcements actions that they truly dont care about us and our best interest

  • @MrAntiamerica She is in the middle of a busy intersection that involved a high number of crashes every year. Guess what if cars crash they don't always stay on the road they could hit her and kill her then whiny hippies like you would be blaming the officer for not taking her off. They stated she could put a stand in her yard and it was fine. It's a safety issue clearly but tools like you and this COPSOUTOFCONTOL hippie would rather jump the gun blaming the officers.

  • @Kartracer6 if it is so dangerous why allow anyone to walk there at all???

its not all about blaming officers i blame the lack oversight and the fact that when most officers do wrong they are not held accountable, only the town gets sued and the settlements are made with tax dollars. All the cops get is paid leave and hardly anything else, in fact they probably get high fives from the other guys for picking on a little girl or tazering a lady....

  • @MrAntiamerica but in this case its a criticism of the govts overextended control over business, honestly in a free market her charging $2 would or should put her out of business in not time anyways. Maybe she wants to own a business when she grows up and this could be the perfect hands on experience that would help her, the govt has no business saying she couldnt do this...

  • @MrAntiamerica maybe she does want to own a business some day and good for her. And at no point is the Government disallowing her to run a lemonade stand. There is actually a law stating a lemonade stand is not required to have a business permit. The thing they tell her is they don't want her on this dangerous intersection which is perfectly reasonable for safety reasons. The government owns the intersection they can tell her to leave if they want. Why can't she go to a safer area?

  • @Kartracer6 a safer area, or an area that will not be good for business.... im sure she could do it in her neighborhood, with far less success, and their was an article in the Oregonian a Portland news paper the head line wasnt about saftey if just said health inspectors closed her stand because she needs to pay a 120 license fee...

  • @MrAntiamerica did you not watch the video. They even state that the intersection was dangerous and they didn't want her there. But it was completely acceptable if she did it in her own yard. Tough if she can't sell as much there that isn't our problem. You can't just go into someone else s property because yours doesn't have enough "traffic". The parents here are more worried about a trip to Disney world then their own child's safety that is pathetic

  • SHES A FUCKEN 7 yr old girl!!! why do you need a damn permit!!

  • How long are we as citizens going to take this tyranny lying down?

A 7 YEAR OLDS LEMONADE STAND? Are you fuckin kidding me?

That cop should be monkey stomped and have his brains mailed home to his momma.

  • Permits are a form of government control and a denial of freedom; both which violate the US Constitution! the Constitution doesn't specifically give the government the authority to regulate individuals in this manner thus the government doesn't have the authority!

What we earn or how we earn it is NOT the government's business; PERIOD. I earn money on the side using my brains and back and you pro-government-control (i.e. Communists) meddlers and go jump off a bridge!

  • @jimbritttn then you are just another opinion nazi for saying so.

  • @viperxraptor2001 It's the Nazi that wanted complete control over people!!

Government Control is an anti-American LIBERAL idea and equals Castro or Hitler, not the Founding Fathers.

  • @jimbritttn an opinion nazi is completely different from your standard generic nazi. you just described nazis in general. I said opinion nazi, not nazis in general. Opinion nazis just don't want to have to hear the opinions of others on their channel and often direct their anger on those who disagree with them on any front. oh and if you love america, then why not rebuild it?

  • @viperxraptor2001 "Rebuild"? this nation ran well under the US Constitution for 200 years until the liberals started destroying it's meaning and protections.

We don't need to rebuild, we need to RENEW the country to the moral level it was in the 50s (without the horrible treatment of blacks)

  • According the the US Constitution we DO NOT need the government's permission to earn money! Permits are a from of communism.

  • @jimbritttn exactly. when the populace was sane and awake, they didn't attack kids selling effin lemonade. the government lap dogs are increasing in numbers like cockroaches on a piece of candy. that's why we are losing this country. a dumbed down, arrogant, ignorant population.

  • @jimbritttn that part was never mentioned in the constitution. why blame it on a minority of the u.s. population? IT NEVER CAME TRUE DURING THE COLD WAR, AND IT'S CERTAINLY NOT GOING TO COME TRUE TODAY. communism is normally associated with the soviet union, which is now Russia today. in fact, JFK and Krushchev were more willing to enact a peace treaty that declare a third world war. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT forget about the POWELL doctrine, which also applies to law enforcement
