with the leg your leeping off of bend your leg more to 90 then use your upper body to provide the momentum for the spin( twist) and just bring your other leg around straight over your head and try to stick it. Also please use a mat, no one here wants you hurting yourself bro.
Being a black belt i have to say what your doing wrong is your not crouching enough, you need to put more twist into your hips and more thrust with your left leg. that way you propel yourself higher for the kick.
@mudkipzuzu bend your knees to 90 degree for the leep as well as your upper body and then kick off with one leg and use the other for the kick and one for sticking the landing.
@falthy3 i know, a lot of tutorials say you need lots of spinning and momentum, also to kick your legs higher. and yeah i realized how small the room is, i agree, practicing in open spaces is a lot better. thanks for the advice though.
